Had my first session with my new therapist and I LOVE HER.

Halfway into the session she was like “can I ask you a question?” I was like sure! Then she said “are you always this hard on yourself??” 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 Not I was about to CRY. Cause yes baby Ive been this way as long as I can remember. Everyone from my teachers to my managers have told me that. Guess it’s time to change huh….hopefully I can heal
