“I promise you’ll never be bored.” - for Aviel!
Aviel became one of those people with whom she could see a friendship outside of the club. She always finds him fabulous, interesting as a person, and knows how to have a delightful conversation. ⏤ And she always had a little fun when they did things outside of the club, like the day of karaoke. ❛ I'm sure, I'm in good hands. ❜ She holds his hand, as they enter this party that was in a big mansion, which reminds her of the Great Gatsby party, and she feels like being in the movie.

⏤ She looked at him, as she observed him removing his glasses. ❛ Yeah, I thought formality wouldn't make anyone nervous. A strange at least. ❜ Elizabeth took a small sip of her drink. Every person reacts differently, so she can never predict what she could do.
❛ Ohh, I see… Maybe I'll drop the formality, and keep things casual. ❜ Perhaps, this might work… She doesn't want to fail every time she sees a 'new client'… Especially if this new someone might be shy and introverted, also she will measure her own words… That might work. ❛ How can I make this night exciting for us? ❜ She tried mimic him, followed by a wink, and took her own drink playing with the border of the glass with her own index finger.
..
He raises eyebrows at her and chuckles as she tries out some new wording on him. A little playful roll of his eyes before he takes his glasses off. "At your service always sounds a bit... formal, don't you think? Might get the boys a little nervous." He scoots himself closer to her though, glancing up from his drink.
"Maybe more of a... 'how can I make this night lovely for you?'." He never said he was perfect at all this, but when she says he's got rizz, he can't help but give her another one to try out. He settles an arm around the back of the booth they both sit in, not against her shoulders but behind her.

Jude was at the balloon dart game. Quietly spending his time winning prizes to give out to the kids later. His hand eye coordination was still impeccable and he didn't mind being a bit of a ringer. Even with his bandages right hand he thankfully still could throw a dart. The third balloon popped and there was a small smattering of cheers as Jude pointed at the prize he wanted. Turning around and giving it away to the little girl that had wanted it. His eyes moved up and saw Avi. He smiled, giving the other man a small wave, not thinking about his bandaged hand for a moment.

Aviel was before his time, and Tristan's rise to leadership came after well after he'd left. There's facial recognition, certain memories attached, but that's about it — with the older man having built a life away from the Brotherhood, one has to wonder how much he knows of its pyramid today.
When he grabs himself a beer, then, Tristan makes it two. "Psst. Have a drink with a former brother?"

⏤ Elizabeth beamed at the kiss and did the same, now her glance was on the little one, Avi carries. She adjusted Beau in her arms, and Lilou and her twin spoke 'salut' to greet Aviel and Juniper at the same time. Liz chuckled at her friend's chivalry in greeting her toddlers. ❛ Juniper is a such beautiful name for a such beautiful girl! ❜ She cooed at his granddaughter.
❛ Hell yeah! We are down for it. It's too hot today. ❜ Liz put Beau on the ground and held his good hand, and one of Lilou's hands while she walked with them. ❛ I don't know how some people survive in trousers with this heat. ❜
Aviel leans to give her a quick peck on the cheek, an easygoing smile as he sees the young children she has with her. His eyes flit to a two year old with a cast, another with a pacifier. Curious as he fixes his granddaughter against him.
"Beau and Lilou... lovely to meet you both." He says to them with a sweet bow of his head. "This is Juniper! My granddaughter. We were discussing a little stroll to find some frozen lemonade. What are you three up to? Care to join us for the walk?"

There's only one person's dulcet tones who greet her in such a manner and she smiles as she finishes off the note she was writing to herself and looks up as Aviel enters with all his characteristic flourish. She accepts his gift with a Cheshire grin and takes a sip of the iced drink, a welcome surprise in the summer heat. "Just because it's you, I actually have two stories to share," she gestures for him to take a seat. "Would you like to hear first about the extremely detailed sculpture of a bull's testes that I pulled for a British gentleman who apparently collects them? Or the eccentric widow who insists that the Picasso we provided her several years ago is a forgery, yet can't show a lick of proof?" The Picasso is certainly a forgery, but she's certain that there's no way this woman could know of that, and it's been amusing to watch her try and navigate the red tape. It was like enrichment activities for retirees.

"Laaaaauuuure, my darling...." He walks into the auction house, singing, on top of the world - as he normally is. Two coffees in hand and a spring in his step. He eyes the art on the walls, knowing it's just a little hint to the pieces all wrapped up waiting to be sent to millionaire homes, affluent politicians... "I want to hear the trials, the tribulations... who was the worst person you've seen walk into this auction house in the past month? The most awful customer? It's my required payment for this latte." He holds it out to her with a little bow of his head, dressed stylishly as always - steel toed fashionable leather boots and all.

⏤ The blonde averted her gaze towards the bartender before looking at Aviel. She always thinks she's stepping on eggshells when she is dealing with shy new people. She nodded when he gestured knowing very well what they meant. Elizabeth remained in silence when he showed a demonstration of what she could do. And then his words purring in her ears… ❛ I get the hint. ❜ She looks at him and winks back playfully. ❛ You got the rizz, my man. ❜ She added when he pulled away.
Perhaps, she might need to change her words for the next time, it wasn't like didn't do it as he suggested. She tried but her problem is that she carries just brains, one in her head and the other on her hand tongue in general tends to say 'odd shits' and at times, it may lead her in trouble. ⏤ ❛ I'll try the next time, following your steps. ❜ That kind of was what she did, except the words… She will measure her own words. ❛ And, what else may I be at your service today? ❜ Followed by a wink. ❛ Do you think it sounds better? ❜
He gives a nod to the bartender who's giving him a look to see if he needs another - and of course he does. Another gin and tonic would be fantastic. "Not too hot. Bit mild, and pleasant."
Shy new people. He thinks about it. "Hm... well, I guess never assuming you know what they want, doll. Some folks come in here just to sit quietly and watch from afar. They don't always want the uh... the whole thing." He gestures vaguely, hoping she gets what he means. "Some are a bit shyer. Not looking for a lap dance or a kiss or a tease. You never know." He gives a shrug. "Never hurts to ask, though. Does it? Like a..." He leans in closer to her. Voice soft, nearly a purr. "What can I do for you to make you feel good tonight, baby?" He winks at her, then pulls away when his new drink is set down, taking a sip. "Something like that, right? Or a... 'how can I make you feel comfortable here?'."

⏤ She listened to him silently as the way he talked a picture was drawn in the back of her mind as if she was watching a movie. Tibet. Interesting… ❛ I bet it is a unique style. How's the weather there, is it hot? ❜ She inquired curiously, a sympathetic smile poised on her crimson-red lips. ❛ Everybody always says the Netherlands is fun. ❜ She hadn't met anyone that does not appreciate this country, yet. She likes electronic music, and some of her friends went there to electronic music 'events' with the best DJs.
Upon the next topic… ❛ Yeah, exactly. Shy new people. I handled poorly with a client… ❜ One doesn't count, because she didn't have time even to initiate a conversation. The other, however, managed to talk but things didn't go exactly as they should be. ⏤ ❛ The thing is, I did chatting, and everything didn't go well. And they left. I always feel like I'm shooting in the dark with shy newbies. ❜ Each of them is so different from the other that she doesn't know what to do.
Aviel listens, leaning into his arms in thought. "Favorite place I've been... that's a tough one. Possibly Tibet, though. The type of art we excavated... such gorgeous old ornamental clothing, pottery. And the place was stunning to walk around in." He listens when she mentions the Netherlands and gives a shrug. "Certainly a different vibe there, but quite a bit of fun."
Tips for first-timers? "What d'you mean exactly, doll? Tips to handle new people who come in and are shy? You're already good at chatting and breaking the tension. Just giving them a bit of that charm will do wonders."

⏤ She chuckled. ❛ So, speaking of which, what was your favorite place you've been? I'm kinda 'half-French', my father is a full French, but I never been to France. Only Australia, where I was born, and then here. If you visit the Netherlands, how different are their nightclubs? ❜ She wonders about everything she just Googles. Elizabeth once eavesdropped a conversation between some clients speaking about the nightclubs in the Netherlands, and it made her wonder…
❛ Maybe they just did that from the outsiders thinking that nothing is going on inside. ❜ She mused. ❛ And got the chance to meet other fabulous bars. Just as good as.❜ Elizabeth crossed her legs to the other side. ❛ So, speaking of stories to share that happened recently with me and some clients. ❜ She starts.
❛ Both of them have what they have in common it was their first time in here, I reckon. Anyway, one literally left my sight, and the other got annoyed with stuff I said. I have difficulty approaching first-timers in the club. I handle well a few clients, sometimes. Any tip for me? ❜ She was referring to the 'first-timers' obviously.
"Not a fellow traveler, but worked at the DMV when I went in to get my passport renewed." He laughs, because it would've been a far more interesting story if he'd seen her during his time out in Sicily, or Croatia, or Turkey...
He lifts his drink to his lips, finishing it off. "Mm, they were hypocritical, exactly! Blaming us on things we didn't do and then proceeding to do the thing they were accusing us of." Not the first time Avi's gotten in trouble and certainly wasn't the last either.
"Could've been far worse, I suppose. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that we stopped going to that particular bar."

⏤ She didn't the story she shared so exciting. It was because she had no idea what to share, but this moment was certainly one that marked her. Being paid for literally doing nothing, being asked to remain in silence. Not a hard task at all. In fact, she wishes some of her clients requested her to do that when they asked her to do extra services. ❛ Yeah, I wish I could get paid more like this. But instead, they asked me to play another kind of role. ❜ She rolled her eyes just to think of it.
God, she was so curious and invested to know what kind of tale is he about to say. She was very amused by the title of the club. ❛ Thanks for the tip, now I'll pretend to be more stressed to a few deserving clients. ❜ She says jokily, but considering trying to do that only once. ⏤ Then jawline dropped at revealing. ❛ Scandalous! Rude of them to be so hypocritical. ❜ She added.
❛ Oh?! Was she also a traveler? ❜ She inquired curious.
It is interesting, certainly. Paid off so someone doesn’t reveal the details of another’s time at a certain type of club. Aviel’s always found people’s tendency to look down on strippers a bit gauche.
He grins. “You got paid for just being in the right place at the right time, sounds like.” Avi has children of his own- and now, grandkids. There’s no judgment there. Many in all occupations have children after all.
He seems to think about it - leans arms into the table at the booth, swirling his drink in deep thought. “This ritzy club, the Daybreaker. Teeming with gorgeous dancers in sequins. Must’ve been… mid 80’s. This one gorgeous lady was always around, and I’d frequent with a friend of mine. Tried to tip her extra because she always seemed a little stressed. Well…. we got kicked out, because they thought we were soliciting her for something more than a lap dance. And they insisted they weren’t THAT kind of place. Very pretentious, acting better than all that. But! A few months later? They’re shut down - turns out they had illegal drug trading AND prostitution in the back.” He shakes his head. “Wild ride. But she ended up working at a DMV! Carrie- I'll always remember her helping me with my passport.”

⏤ Elizabeth was in doubt as to which story to share because each night was so different. ❛ Well… ❜ She starts. ❛ One night working, it was a celebration party for one of the guys. I'm not sure what they were celebrating, if I'm not wrong because one of them was going to live abroad. But the next day, not in the club. In the daycare… He was there, with his son and his wife. So he became act nervous around me, asked me to meet in secrecy, and paid me more money for not saying anything about his night at the club. I didn't even ask for money. ❜ Money flew easily on her lap, that day without effort. It wasn't often that she 'mentioned' that she has children. Some of her 'friends' don't even know she has them.
She likes to feel the softness of the fabric, and then she gingerly removed her hand from his shirt and crossed her leg to the other side, while staring at him. ❛ I don't think I have a spicy story, unfortunately. But some figures come here that think I'm their therapist. ❜ She admitted. ❛ 80s or 90s mayhaps? I want dirty. Maybe it'll inspire me for the next time if I happen to be in a similar situation as you. ❜
Aviel raises eyebrows as she mentions the word some. But some is said almost in a way that sort of feels like one. And his hazel eyes watch in curiosity but he doesn't prod. Just tucks it in the back of his head, just in case.
"Funny, awkward, sexy. You pick, doll. I love hearing a good story, you know that. I'll gladly take anything." And Avi can find the nugget of unique in just about any story anyways.
He lets her touch as he lifts his drink to his lips. "Oh, plenty of stories about me and dancers. Just depends what era, and how dirty you want it to get."

⏤ The night wasn't that bad. Maybe the reason she thinks of it might be for her toddlers to feel better and her father is finally at home watching them overnight as per usual. The clients she attended weren't as vexing as the night prior. She was feeling lucky to have people entertaining to chat that day.
Interesting clients? There is one particular she finds, interesting. He wasn't there tonight. ❛ Ah, well… Always there is some. ❜ Elizabeth momentarily thinks about what to say about them. There are a lot of types of clients, so it was hard to know where to start. ❛ What do you want to know? A funny or awkward moment of them with me? ❜
When he got closer, she approached and touched on fabric on his shirt, gingerly. So soft. ❛ Cotton. ❜ Then she removed her hand from it. A small smile crept on her rosy lips and dimples showed on her cheeks. She loves some fabrics because she sews stuff on her own when she feels inspired at home. ❛ And if I tell you about my experience with my clients you'll have also share your experience with a dancer too. ❜ She winks at him playfully.
He loves watching the gorgeous strippers dance. He's only human - and beautiful bodies showing off on a stage? Aviel could watch it all night. He's never been particular about the gender he's slept with or even dated. Or married, boasting one ex-wife and one ex-husband at this point.
Still, he sometimes gets distracted. Either by a singular dancer, whoever it may be that night, or by jotting down thoughts on his phone. Today, he's lucky enough to actually be dialed into the spectacle of it all.
In reality, Aviel wouldn't be surprised. He's well aware of the varying tastes and curious interests of those who frequent these types of places. But her comment draws a smirk out of him. "I'm sure you've seen some interesting clients in your time here, doll. I'd love to hear about them." Then he looks down at the shirt she's mentioned, as if having to remind himself what he's wearing. "Oh- I don't know, really. Soft like a thin cotton. Here..." He scoots closer to her, so she can touch.

⏤ Elizabeth was helping her son drinking water, since one of his arm was with a cast, and picked up a kleenex to wipe his wet from sweat, and cleaning his mouth. Once she finished to help her two-years-old, and his twin sister, she picked him up in her arm, and hold Lilou's hand. The blonde of 5"6ft / 1,68m tall, that was taller due to her high heels saw Avi in the crowd going towards her direction with a cute baby on him. ❛ Aviii! Hey mate! ❜ She chuckles, shaking her head. ❛ Thanks, and so are you, and this fantastic outfit, and who's this cutie? By the way these are mine. Beau and Lilou, my twins. ❜ Lilou was sucking her pacifier, looking at the taller man, and Beau looking at Avi and the baby, with a curious glance, and having his tiny fingers inside of his mouth.
( @elizabeaufort )
"Could it be?" It's a bit dramatic, but then again, so is Aviel. With a 10 month old baby on his hip and a hand blocking out the sun over his eyes, he acts as if he's a captain seeing land out in the distance. "Do my eyes deceive me? Miss Eliza herself?" He calls, already smiling as he walks closer - all 6 feet 4 inches of him wading through the crowd, parting the seas as Juniper plays with his shirt's collar and tries to grab at his glasses. "Oh, darling, you look like you could set a cat's tail on fire without a match. Absolutely stunning."

⏤ Elizabeth holds her glass of non-alcoholic cocktail, sipping it and happy to see a familiar face like Aviel. She loves his style, he is one of the most stylish men she knows. She saluted him politely before getting closer. ❛ Thank you… You look great yourself per usual. ❜ She sat across from him, sipping her cocktail slowly. She wasn't that thirsty.
❛ The cologne is a bit too strong, yes. Perhaps, less of it the next time. The rest, it's okay. ❜ She put her drink on the table. ❛ There are tastes for everything, and you may even be surprised by that. ❜ She states. ❛ By the way, what fabric is your shirt? I love it! ❜
( @elizabeaufort )
He's been in there many times - no real concern about being seen. It's hard not to be noticed. Silver haired, 6'4", and normally in some type of brighter clothing. Sure, he always looks stylish, but he normally stops traffic even just a little bit.
Aviel's comfortable in a corner, leaned into an arm with a gin and tonic on the table in front of him. One leg crossed and his phone out. There's the delightful smell of cigarettes, and sugary syrup from cocktails, and mens' cologne. He glances up and sees Eliza, a familiar face. A little salute, as she gets closer. "You look lovely, as per usual. Does the overwhelming cologne smell ever get too much for you? I almost feel like I'm dizzy from it in here. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing."
