We imagine that, in true dragon fashion, she goes by many names. They're not necessarily attached to any "human name", as they'd put it, and is essentially alright with any name. Her official title/name in the clan is The Dragon! She thinks it's funny and fitting for obvious reasons, so that's what she'll usually tell people when they ask for her name. Another common one is Theal (thymes with teal), for when she wants/needs to seem like a "normal human". She just likes how it sounds.

So we had a concept a while back for a Toppat archivist and I think we might expand on that because they were Cool

Besiiiiides, we need more opportunities to sneak dragons into things so ofc they're gonna be a dragon

Probably gonna keep their purple coding just because our only other purple coded ocs are based in FNaF . so we need to mix some stuff up!!

We like the thought of them being the head archivist of the clan, but also upkeeping a library of all sorts of information. It's their den and the books are their hoard and they will Maul You if you destroy them (intentionally, that is. They understand accidents happen and you'll only get some lecturing if it was an accident)

We like the thought of the clan knowing they're a dragon, but it not being something that's brought up often if that makes sense? It's something a lot of members know but that isn't told as a basic info- not like "Hi I'm a dragon" to everyone they meet

They came into the clan during Wilford's leadership but were already almost fully grown (in dragon terms, that is) so their mastery over their shapeshifting is really a lifesaver in their library

They're technically an Elite but don't necessarily take part in the responsibilities of the upper members because of their role and the fact that they've got. Some Leverage. against all the higher ups. No one wants a pissed off dragon on their doorstep after all! It's sorta an unofficial agreement that the Leaders and Elites will appease them and keep them in the clan in exchange for them never deciding to go to the Government with their insane amount of information

Also! They're unlabeled and use different pronouns, whichever ones feel right in the moment. They collect neopronouns as well (which has become a semi-joke in the clan, going to The Dragon to get some pronouns. They're surprisingly good at matching pronouns to people!)

“Andrew,” Kevin says, watching over his shoulder as he picks the shoddy lock on the cabinet. “Are you okay?”

“Why? Becauthe I theem jittery and anthious and I’m thealing from your father?” Andrew snaps. “That would be the withdrawal. The first bit, not tho much the thealing part.”

“I did notice all that. But also, your fangs are out.” Kevin says, pointing to Andrew’s mouth. He starts to argue, but when he runs his tongue over his teeth he finds that Kevin is right. Fuck. 

“Don’t worry about it.” Andrew says. Kevin’s mind says he’ll do anything but that. Kevin glances down the hall before rolling his sleeve up. 

“No. Tomorrow. Like alwayth.” Andrew insists, hating that he can hear the lisp now. Goddamn it you’d think that would go away after three fucking years.

“Then you have to get it under control or Neil is going to see your teeth. And maybe Wymack, too.” Kevin says. Double fuck. Andrew loathes when Kevin is right. He bites down hard into his bottom lip and the trickle of blood in his mouth is enough to take the edge off. His fangs recede and Andrew sighs.

“Did you just… eat yourself?” Kevin asks with a weird look. “I didn’t know that would count.”

Andrew swallows roughly, “It doesn’t. Let’s go.”

Just some practices I did with an OC I have, I guess I could give some info about her since were here:

This is Maddie Theal, she's my Pokémon OC, mostly for the OG Pokeanime. She's supposed to be based on Leaf to make parallel to technically Ash being based on Red, I think. I had her for a while but I finally started to flesh her out and even making her my character in Violet.

i had to think about this one for a while because most of my stuff is still unfinished and not posted yet so it felt a bit stupid? pfft but alas we’re trying to practice self-love on our works so here we go (this is also in no particular order)

the one time i made myself cry with my own writing was when i was writing for the maze runner AU fic, that shit had me sobbing and littering my phone screen with tears but also i was delirious with covid at the time jdkdk i wrote only unchronological parts of this and it felt like a fever dream (which it kind of was, i was sick as hell😭) but yeah i was equally proud and devastated

ribs are designed to be crawled into since it’s been the first thing i finished after a while and funnily enough also the thing that properly got me back onto the writing tracks.,, remus was just brain throwing up, i was holding her hair, i gave her a little forehead kiss after dw<3
