Oh, that? Leah was referring to Gorecki, by Lamb. It's what she names herself after. In Penumbra: Black Plague, the Tuurngait is a hive mind that counts as one being, so when its ranks "break off" from it and gain individuality, they choose a name for themselves. Gender, personality, voice, etc. Clarence seems to have based his entire male persona off Clarence Odbody, the guardian angel from It's a Wonderful Life.

Jocelyn likes new age music, plus artists similar to Enya and Celine Dion, so Lamb would be the kind of band she listens to around 2000. Leah Gorecki is meant to be more "optimistic" than Clarence- sort of a foil to him. She has more romantic ideals and doesn't hate humans, though people that commit crimes get on her nerves, talking more formally. And conversely, she takes inspiration from music that has positive lyrics about love as opposed to a movie with existential, dark scenes.

Still hates Jimmy, though. Since Gorecki identifies as female, she sympathizes with Anya's plight, taking a liking to her. Gorecki might get over that grudge as the story progresses.
