11, 18, 21 for the fic ask!

I lost my first draft of answering this ask which isn't the best omen but here we are :') I rbed that thinking I might answer for fanart because my only writing plans for 2023 are to finish my one half-posted wj WIP, but turns out I can answer these for that!

11. Would you like to try any new fanfic genres or tropes this year?

I've mostly only ever written fluff and/or scenes with no plot, but the WIP might have plot??! Maybe even tension!!??! Wild. It also includes a bunch of tropes I've been wanting to try for a while: Nobility AU, Bachelorette-esque scenarios, Mistaken Identities.

18. Do you typically post multi-chapters as you write, or finish it all and then start posting? Would you like to change your posting method?

I've done both, but I've posted all I have for my current WIP, much sad. I don't have the patience to wait for more than like 3 months to post something. I don't think that'll change, but I do hope to write more consistently, and hopefully that'll allow me to post on a schedule, even if it's once every ...4 months or whatever asdlkjshkl

21. Will you try writing software, like Scrivener or those programs that won’t let you stop writing?

Ooh maybe! I've been intrigued by the ones that track word count and give you feedback on writing style... But I don't think I'll try Scrivener or similar ones that are (imo) more for novel writing / much more complex works than the short and simple lil ones I write.
