Anyways, that thing you said about listening to the Doors in a pitch black room sounds magical. Jim's voice hovering over you in a faint whisper as Ray's keyboard fills the room. Just completely immersing yourself in their world. Listening to the story of the song unfold. The song I'm imagining is Riders on the Storm, but maybe you were listening to the dirty version of Gloria, haha.

You're right, Jim does have a soothing voice. He can definitely alternate between soft and soothing and aggressive and intense. And it's nice to know that you approve of the songs I like. I've been blaring Gloria for the past two months and loudly singing along, much to the irritation of the people around me. But it's funny because they've heard it so many times that they start unconciously singing along, much to their horror and my delight.

I'm curious, what do you think of Jim himself? As a person, muscian, or however you perceive this question.

Going back to the Lost Boys, I know Michael is your favourite, but what about the vamps? Do you like any one boy in particular? Dwayne is my favourite, but truthfully that's soley due to fanon. The fans really built him up nicely through headcanons and stories. Just quiet and mysterious but secretly a little mischievous.

anyways the songs i mainly listened to in the dark would be from the album america prayer. specifically feast of friends on repeat. i love that song smm the first time i heard it i had literal chills

mm tbh i really like jim i know he wasnt the best person with his drinking and drug use and how that would cause violent outbursts and various other stuff but him as a musician and poet? i love that.

my favorite vamp out of all of them would probably have to be dwayne too lmao ALSO for some pretty shallow reasons. i just thought he was the prettiest. it sucks he didnt have many voice lines besides "Michael" and "You missed sucka" because aside from David none of them really got much more than a line or two of dialogue. wouldve been nice to see more of their individual personalities rather than how they were as a group.

tbh i kind of REALLY hate headcanons and fanon especially when it comes to the lost boys. idk to me people always make them extremely out of character. but to each their own i guess.
