might be a bit stupid and wear my binder at work the next 4 days 🤔

because the compression really helps with the pmdd chest pain, it's incredible. also being flat up top is nice too. no need to worry about things getting jostled around in my double layer sports bra system like that

#the wear time will amount to over 8 hours each day but idc #my body's already fucked in several other ways and if it brings me at least that bit of pain relief and euphoria i'll take my chances #also i sure do hope underworks still makes this type of binder. might order another one or two maybe #really like the tanktop style nd the way it fits on my body. no other binder has done that so far #i think i got this binder like. 8-9 years ago??? still holding up well. but it'd be nice to have another two i can switch to on wash days
