love when my parents/aunties/uncles go on vacation to a relatively white area cause they always go out for dinner and look around like wow 😊 look everyone here looks like us. so nice to see :) like yeah aunty you're at taco bell. youre at chipotle. it's not that rural new england is very brown it's that every brown person in rural new england is also here

#the way south asians love taco bell bc it was THERE for them in the 90s is so special #vegetarian and non vegetarian alike #but yeah i went out with folks my age and we did the local eatery thing a few nights but by the end we were begging for chipotle #and im the only vegetarian among us but its tough for me eating local sometimes #my ass nearly getting hatecrimed in [REDACTED] earlier this year vs me and every brown person in nh turning up in the bell parking #lot last night
