Here's a little drawing I did of the Warblettes. It's mostly based on the classic design, though the necklaces are inspired by the rainbow design.

ok- i’ll try and get this down as best as possible.

in new york city, late 70s, two guys with mafia connections need to save their asses with some kind of front.

that’s when Pasqually P. Pieplate and Charles Entertainment Cheese open Pizza Time Theater. Chuck mama the performing, putting in a good face for customers, while Pasqually works kitchen (with several family members, who may or may not break health code) and occasionally pops in to perform. Chuck hires his long-time friend Jasper T. Jowels, the impoverished cat who’s been delivering packages for him and his associates since he was eleven, three background singing crows with nowhere else to go, and a slew of guest stars and cabaret acts.

Helen Henny, one of these such acts, is an ambitious 19 year old hippy-dippy stoner from a rich family in Nashville, who’s producing for some band in LA. she guest stars at PTT, and stupidly lets herself get wooed by the lights and the swoon of the manager, and then she finds herself being roped into a not-so-great relationship with her boss who’s almost 30 years her senior. the deeper she gets entrenched into the world of showbiz, the deeper and deeper she falls into the pit on desperation.

The Warbelttes, a sister trio act from Nevada, used to perform at Las Vegas casinos, with their feathers and harmonies making it great up there. but some people can’t be content with what they have, and whilst juggling their careers single-handedly, in the other Irmagard “Irma” Warble is snatching jewelry and wallets and pocket-watches from the same hands that are feeding them. on a trip to Vegas to celebrate the opening of his restaurant, he noticed the trio that are slowly being blacklisted from every performance opportunity from Vegas to Phoenix, after Irma’s little side-gig is figured out. he tells them he can get them a job, at his joint, no mind if any criminal record whatsoever. all they have to do is sign in the line, and remember, he’s the only one who will take them.

across the country, in sunny Los Angeles, the members of the Wolf-Pack Five are picking up the pieces of what could have been a great band and putting them back together- more effectively, this time. Wolfman is long gone with no trace, leaving his son, piano man, female lead vocalist, and guitarist to ride the waves he made.

when their rope gets short and their manager, Arnold “Uncle” Klunk bails out, if they want to keep performing they’ll need some sort of miracle opportunity. their saving angel seems to come in the form of Chuck E. Cheese, with he says is a spot “right for them” at his restaurant. they cautiously arrange a dinner in NYC, and it goes…less than desired. they can tell quickly that PTT is not as happy as they paint it to be, between the drinking and swearing and arguing going around and around- but what other options do they have?

as they get deeper into the trenches of what they’re calling “Concept Unification”, Fatz and Billy Bob start to notice things more than bickering that are up with this company. first of all, the fine print of the contracts they’d been ordered to sign. peering at the fine-print, they discover things about Chuck that make things make a LOT more sense. namely- they aren’t allowed to quit once they sign.

they can’t do that to their performers.

they swiftly inform Chuck no contracts will be signed, and the damage is done. their stage time is getting cut more and more with every script Chuck himself writes, until theyre practically reduced to backup. and even then, it’s not good enough for him. after Mitzi quits the band, not being able to take the fact she’s purposefully being shoved to the back and being berated the most out of everyone, the band practically falls apart.

chuck promises if they leave, their band will die.

they do it anyway. and they suffer the consequences, going diwn quietly.

but when PTT reaches the end of ITS own rope, Billy Bob sees a chance to revive Rock a Fire before it’s totally dead.

they usurp the throne and rule it the way they should have from the beginning.

So I'm gonna be taking a break from only drawing the SC, and I wanted to draw characters from another fandom I'm in

(I know its not the best drawing but I tried)

I also redesigned the Warbletts (I'm really sorry if anything about them is offensive, I just thought the designs were cute, if anything about them is offensive please tell me)
