SasuHina Month 2020- Day 1.1
Hello everyone, as usually i come out of my cave once a year and start posting original stuff of the Sh month :) i’m very excited this year once more. Kisses and love ~ Dia
prompt: – Cafuné: Running Your Fingers through the Hair of Someone You Love
Long Distance – Part 1
Hinata POV
The noise in the stadium is deafening, the adrenaline levels are very high and I too am jumping from one foot to the other screaming as loud as I can. I always go and watch every home game but tonight I made the 4-hour ride to Suna for an away game, this is the decisive game; if Sasuke’s team wins, they enter the Final Four; Gosh I hope that’s the case. The first 2 periods are over and the score is still 0-0. Naruto is in the penalty box and Kiba left the ice at the end of the second period to get stitches. The game is more violent than any other I’ve seen in the few months since I started dating Sasuke when my interest in hokey started. The refs aren’t calling as many hits as they should because of the intensity of the match. Sasuke took a few hits that made me shiver and gasp in pain.
Naruto finally returns and about 5 minutes later so does Kiba; it isn’t until the last minute of the third period that Naruto scores one point with Sasuke’s assist. I jump and scream so loud one would think they’ve won. But there’s another period to be played; I hope they can keep their advantage and don’t have to go in overtime. The last period starts and it’s even more intense. Naruto takes a very hard hit, it takes him a moment to regroup and I’m worried he hit his head badly…almost the next moment Sasuke pushes the same player that hit Naruto into the plexi wall so hard that it makes me look away. One of Suna’s players gets a breakaway but thankfully doesn’t score. The match goes on for a bit longer and nobody scores.
There are 3 more minutes and the score is still 1-0 for Sasuke’s and I’m praying to God to let this match end like this. Kiba took another hit and one of his stitches broke and the bleeding started again over his eye so he was pulled from the game again. The good thing is that Suna’s main scorer is in the penalty box.
The clock ticks and tick and those 3 minutes feel like an eternity; they all skate so fast it’s hard to keep up with who is where and where the puck is. I can’t even imagine being down there. I hold my breath as we near the end of the game and I only exhale when the game ends. They’ve won. Thank God.
The majority of the crowd is Suna supporters since for them it’s a home game. They all look really pissy and I know how much it sucks to lose a home game. Konoha lost unexpectedly to Kiri a few weeks back and it was such a downer. That loss is also the reason why they needed this win in order to make it to the final four.
I make my way to the corridor to wait for Sasuke. It’s just me and a few other girls waiting. Usually when it’s a home game for Konoha the corridor is packed with groupies, friends, fans, family and significant others. After about 15 minutes the door opens and the players start walking out, they’re all smiling and making jokes but I can see how tired they are. Naruto and Sasuke come next and I can’t help but run to them. I don’t throw myself at Sasuke even if I want to. He took some really hard hits and I don’t want to hurt him further. Kiba comes out too and he is holding an icepack over his left eye where the stitches were.
“Congrats on winning. The game was merciless” Sasuke kisses me on my check and we start making our way to the outside. Under normal circumstances they would all need to take the bus and drive back to campus, but it’s was a Friday game so those that wish to return to the campus go on the bus and those that want to stay for the night in Suna do that.
Most players choose to go home; me and Sasuke walk to where I parked my car. Since I made the drive here, we decided beforehand to stay the night in Suna and I’ll drive up to my home Saturday in the morning and Sasuke can catch a bus to go back to Konoha Uni. I climb in the driver’s seat as Sasuke slides in his seat and throws in the back seat his bag.
I notice him wincing when he moves certain ways. He’s also really quiet which means the adrenaline rush ended and he’s tired and in pain. He leans his head against the seat and closes his eyes. His hand resting on my tight.
Before I started dating Sasuke I didn’t expect him to be this touchy and affectionate; whenever we’re in close proximity he likes to touch, whether it’s a hand on my leg, an arm around my shoulder or just his shoe touching mine under the table when we’re sitting face to face. I suspect it’s also because we don’t get to spend as much time together as we would like. KU is 2 hours away from my Uni and we both have pretty busy schedules.
“The game was brutal. You should take an ice bath when we get to our room” I tell him and he only mhmms. So, I decide not to talk on the drive anymore. I park the car in front of the hotel that we’re staying at. Sasuke takes his gear from the backseat while I take the bag, I packed with clothes for both of us to sleep in and change tomorrow and other such things. We walk hand in hand to the elevator and to our room. I got to Suna a bit earlier since I had almost a 2 hours advantage and checked us in before the game.
The first thing Sasuke does is flops on his back on the bed and even that makes him wince. I want to go to the bathroom to start filling the tub with cold water but he stops me.
“Come here baby” his voice is low and smooth and despite being tired and in pain he smirks at me and it makes my knees go weak.
“No love, you need to go to take a cold bath. You’ll regret it in the morning if you don’t” He’s sitting on the bed now and pulls me between his legs. I’ll keep protesting but I know I’ve lost.
“I will a bit later. It’s still early; it’s only about 10:30pm” his hands slide up and down my back and his stare is smoldering. I sigh and raise my hands to his face; I’m scared to touch anywhere else. I touch his cheek with one hand and I run my fingers thought his hair with the other.
“Fuck babe that feels great”
I smile at him and place a few soft kisses on his cheeks and jaw. “How about we go to the bathroom; you soak in ice water and I’ll run my hands thought your hair?” I whisper against his lips “Does that sound good?”
As I’ve said before, Sasuke is very affectionate. He loves when I play with his hair. At time when he stays over at my house during the weekend, he puts his head in my lap as I study and I run my hands thought his hair for hours. Whenever I stop even for a moment, he makes this adorable dissatisfied noise in the back of his throat and rubs his head in my lap looking for my hand, almost like a cat.
“Mhmm…yea that sounds good” As soon as he agrees I step away from him and start the tub. He’s still on the bed where I left him; the tub will take a few minutes to fill so I go back between his legs. He wraps his hands around my waist and pulls me to him and rests his head against my belly.
“You played really well today. All of you were on fire” I resume playing with his hair “You’re in the final four now” He doesn’t say anything and I’m scared he’ll fall asleep so I take a step back and look at his face; his eyes are closed so I wasn’t wrong.
“Come on Sasuke, time to go to the bath. Clothes off” That makes him laugh a little.
“Babe if you want to see me naked all you have to do is ask” But he does get up and starts undressing. He tries to do it fast and smooth but I can see that it hurts him to do even that so I go help him specially to take off his shirt. I look at his torso and I gasp, there are blue and purple bruises on his ribs already forming; his left shoulder is also a bit swollen and red.
“Awe baby” I step closer to him and kiss him over his heart. I don’t want to kiss the bruises afraid that even that small contact will hurt. “Come on the bath awaits”
In the bathroom he takes off his boxers as well and gets into the tub. That wakes him up. “Shit Hina this is so fucking cold”
“I know love, but you’ll feel better tomorrow and you know it” I go back into the room and take one of the small chairs that are used as nightstands and put it next to the tub where Sasuke’s head is. He titles it back and I start running my hands thought it. He took a shower after the game so his hair is still a bit damp from that but it’s smooth and silky too.
“I’m really hungry; we should order something to eat” He says. I can tell the ice bath was a good idea. He’s not as sleepy anymore. I take my phone from my pocket and open the delivery app I have. With one hand I scroll thought it and with the other I still play with his hair.
“What do you want to eat? Hamburgers?” That’s his go to meal after a game.
“Yep”
“Ok I’ll order 2 burgers, fries, sodas and do you want onion rings too?”
“Hmmm, sure why not. Order some extra sauces too”
“Oki doki. Do you want a cheeseburger? I’ll get myself a veggie burger”
“Yea a cheeseburger is good. And I want Pepsi. Can you order some dessert too?”
I look at the sweets option and choose an apple pie since it isn’t extremely sweet and Sasuke isn’t a huge sweets fan. I place the order and resume running my fingers thought his hair softly; from now and gain I scratch his scalp just the tiniest bit because I know he enjoys that too.
After about 20 minutes or so Sasuke decides that’s enough for his icebath. “How long till the food is here?”
“It’s been 20 minutes and it said it should be about an hour, so maybe 40 mins?”
“Mhmm ok.” He gets out of the tub and dries himself with a towel. I follow him back into the room and give him a new pair of boxers and an older t-shirt.
“I’m going to take a quick shower before the food gets here” I say as I look for my body wash and face cream. Sasuke comes behind me and lightly smacks my butt.
“So, we’re taking a shower. Good thing I didn’t put my clothes on yet” He says and pulls me into the bathroom as I laugh. He sits on the chair I sat before and smirks at me. “Strip”
I can’t help rolling my eyes at him. He’s such a goof right now. But I do as he says and take off all my clothes and put my hair in a bun so I don’t get it wet. I go to start the shower water and Sasuke follows me. He starts kissing down my neck but stops soon and just holds me close and breaths me in.
“I love you so much” he says, his words are a bit muffled by my skin but I heard them loud and clear.
“I love you too” I say as I run my hands thought his hair. We proceed to take a shower and then get dressed in out pjs. Sasuke just sat himself down on the bed when my phone rings letting my know that our food will be here in less than 2 minutes. We eat everything and climb in bed. Under normal circumstances I’d sleep pretty much on top of Sasuke but I can’t do that due to his aching body so I sit a bit higher than him, curl into myself and pull his head to my chest. His right side isn’t that badly hurt so he sneaks his arm under my legs and curls it around my butt. I start running my hands thought his hair again, as much as he loves me doing this, I think I like it more. I place a kiss on the crown of his head and we stay like that until we fall asleep.

A/N: Happy Father’s Day! Here’s a fun little ask box meme (X) that I did to celebrate Modern AU Dad!Bellamy. These do go in order but you can skip around and read them individually as well. Enjoy 4k words of Bellamy being a great dad!
everything will bring a chain of love
Who in your OTP carries them from the couch/car to the bed?
They spend the day at the beach, toes sandy and noses red by the time they make it back to the car. Hope is fast asleep in her car seat, dark curls falling across her eyes as she snores peacefully.
“She had so much fun today,” Clarke says, her eyes dropping closed themselves. Bellamy reaches for her hand and kisses her knuckles.
“Sleep, baby. We’ll be home soon.”
When he finally pulls into their driveway almost an hour later both of his girls are knocked out. Clarke is curled up in her seat as far as the sea tbelt will allow and Bellamy chuckles, reaches over to unbuckle her and kisses her cheek to wake her up.
“Are we home?” She asks, her voice thick with sleep.
“Yeah, go ahead and go inside. I’ll get the monster.”
He hands the keys to Clarke so she can open the front door and goes around the car to get their daughter from the backseat. It’s hard unbuckling her and pulling her out without waking her up but he tries his best.
“Daddy?”
Her little toddler voice never fails to fill his heart with warmth and he gathers her in his arms and drops a kiss to her forehead.
“We’re home, baby. Go back to sleep.”
She nods against his chest, twirling one dark curl around her finger, and he loves his daughter like this. She’s two, all wild hair and spirit, but she’s her most cuddly when she’s just woken up.
Clarke has turned down her bed already so he gets her changed into pajamas as quickly as he can without waking her too much and tucks her into bed. He kisses her cheek with a whispered goodnight and is almost out the door when her little voice calls him back.
“Lola?”
She’s reaching out her arms and he smiles, grabs her favorite stuffed penguin from the bookshelf and brings it to her. Hope smiles and gives Lola a kiss before snuggling down into her bed with her penguin gripped tight.
Clarke is already in bed by the time he makes it back to their room. “Did she fall asleep alright?”
Bellamy pulls off his shirt and bends down to kiss her. “Yeah, out like a light.” He tells her that he’s going to take a shower and when he comes back out she’s already asleep, her hands tucked under her cheek as she lays on her side.
He crawls into bed behind her and wonders how he got so lucky to have these girls in his life.
And who soothes the kids after a nightmare?
A loud wail wakes him up from a dead sleep.
Clarke jerks beside him, their bodies finely tuned to all of Hope’s cries, and her eyes are wide as she moves to get out of bed. They reach their daughter’s room and see her sitting up in bed, cheeks red and tears streaming down her face.
“What’s wrong, love?” Clarke reaches her first and Hope is sniffling, her little hands reaching out for both of her parents. Bellamy sits down next to her and his daughter crawls into his lap and buries her head into his shoulder.
“Did you have a bad dream?” Her tiny head nods against his neck.
“Big and scary,” she whispers in his ear and he rubs a hand up and down her back to sooth her.
“It’s okay, it wasn’t real.” Clarke motions to their bedroom and he nods, stands up with Hope in his arms and tucks her into their bed. Hope curls up next to Clarke and Bellamy gets in beside her and puts his arm around both of them.
Hope falls asleep with one hand on Bellamy and one hand on Clarke, and he presses a kiss to her curls before closing his eyes and drifting back to sleep.
Who wants to throw out the car seat because the stupid thing won’t strap in?
“This booster seat is kicking my ass.”
Clarke laughs as Bellamy huffs and struggles with installing Hope’s new car seat. “You just have to pull the belt through this section here.”
“You two are hopeless,” comes a voice from behind them and Bellamy laughs. They are fostering a ten year old girl named Madi and she’s full of sass, much to Bellamy’s delight. She reminds him of his sister Octavia at that age.
“You wanna try?” He asks her and she shrugs. “Be my guest.”
Madi installs it in less than a minute and she shoots him a smirk. Hope comes running out of the house and straight into Madi’s arms, already attached to her, and Bellamy can’t wait to tell them both that they just got approved to formally adopt Madi into their family.
Hope is going to love having a big sister and he is going to love having two beautiful daughters to call his own.
Who cries on the first day of school?
The day he’s been dreading is here and to say he’s not handling it well would be an understatement.
In his mind his youngest daughter isn’t old enough to be starting school. She’s just barely five, the youngest in her class, and she looks so tiny compared to all of the other kids milling around in the courtyard of the private school Clarke spent two years applying for.
“Can’t we just home school her?” Bellamy asks his wife, who rolls her eyes but still smiles sadly. Both of them have tears in their eyes as Hope waves her little hand and tells them she’ll see them after school.
“You guys are such saps,” Madi says but when he looks at her she’s discreetly wiping a tear from her own eye.
“And you’re totally above all of that, right?” She shoots him a dirty look, twelve year olds are great at that, and he ruffles her hair.
“Come on, kid. It’s time for your mom and I to embarrass you at your school now.”
Gets the kids into the local sports team?
Jordan Green is the next child they adopt. A sixteen year old boy who’s parents died the year before.
Older children are harder to adopt out and when they decided they were ready to foster or adopt another child he was the only one they spoke to. He’s a great kid, smart and kind, unlike other sixteen year old boys Bellamy has known in his lifetime. Jordan is always eager to learn and grow as a person and he reminds Bellamy every single day that there are good people in this world no matter how bleak things can get.
“What do you think about joining a sports team at school?” Bellamy asks one day while they are eating breakfast. “Miller is the football coach at the high school. I’m sure he’d be able to get you a late tryout.”
Clarke frowns. “Isn’t football dangerous?”
“Everything is a little dangerous,” Bellamy says with a shrug. “You’d let him drive? Isn’t that dangerous?”
He laughs at her pout. “I suppose that’s true.”
“Jordan, what do you think?”
Jordan is all smiles, which is nothing new. Bellamy doesn’t know if he’s ever seen this kid have a bad day. “It sounds great! Would you guys come to my games?”
Bellamy grins. “Of course we would.”
And who’s the parent that gets way too aggressive at these games?
“Oh, come on, ref!”
Hope jumps up and down on the bleaches next to Bellamy. “Aw…come on, ref!”
Bellamy’s anger fades as he laughs and tickles his daughter until she’s giggling and falling into Madi’s lap. “Don’t copy daddy,” he says. “Sometimes I say things you shouldn’t.”
Clarke elbows him in the ribs. “Just remember that when you stand up and shout,” she whispers. “You don’t want to say any words that little ears shouldn’t be hearing.”
He rolls his eyes. “Then that ref shouldn’t be a dumb ass.”
Hope giggles. “Dumb ass, dumb ass.”
“Hope!” Bellamy, Clarke and Madi all scold her at once but his sassy daughter just laughs and kicks her feet.
An asshole kid on the other team tackles Jordan way too hard and Bellamy jumps up to scream something at him but sees Hope staring at him, like she’s just waiting for the chance to parrot more bad language, so he growls instead and sits back down.
Who in your OTP lets the kids stay up and watch movies and who sends them to bed?
“Dad, Night of the Living Dead is on tonight. Can I watch it?”
Bellamy looks over at Madi, who’s got both of her hands pressed together in a prayer. It’s a Thursday night, which means her bedtime is in thirty minutes.
“Do you think it’s a good idea to watch a horror movie before you go to sleep?”
Madi rolls her eyes. “It’s from like, the sixties. How scary can it really be? Plus, I’m thirteen. I’m not a baby.”
“Fine, but I’m watching it with you.”
Clarke comes downstairs forty minutes into the movie, and Bellamy and Madi both jump when her voice cuts through the darkness of their living room.
“Madi, what are you doing up so late?”
His daughter immediately throws him under the bus. “Dad said I could!”
“Damn,” he laughs. “Absolutely no loyalty in this family.”
“You should be in bed, you have school in the morning.”
Bellamy reaches for his wife and pulls her so she’s sitting in between him and Madi. “It’s almost over, baby. Watch it with us?”
Clarke rolls her eyes but leans back into his arms. “You’re both going to have nightmares.”
Who sneaks candy to the kids before school, whilst the other pretends not to notice?
Clarke has always been in charge of the girls’ lunches.
She’s one of those great moms that fill their kid’s lunches with hearty sandwiches, fresh fruits and veggies and organic apple juice. Jordan eats lunch at his high school, which is one of the top rated in the country and therefore has an insane lunch buffet that frankly Bellamy is a little jealous of.
Madi says all the time that she can’t wait for her freshman year just so she can try the food.
It’s a week before summer vacation and the girls are restless at breakfast. They are both headed to summer camp after school lets out and Bellamy knows that every single day feels like a lifetime to them.
Clarke is bustling around the kitchen, chopping fresh broccoli and both girls grimace when she fills little cups with ranch dressing.
“Here,” he says, reaching into his gym bag for a couple of pieces of candy. He tosses two pieces to each of them and they grin, shoving the chocolate into their mouths before Clarke can see.
Of course he knows that Clarke can see everything, she’s a mom after all, but he likes the little smile she has on her face as she slices a turkey sandwich in half.
Who is the parent that yells at the kid for being called to the principal’s office and who is the parent who yells at the principal?
Just as he expected, Madi as a teen is a handful.
It’s the second day of her freshman year and they have already been called into the principal’s office.
“Madi has been disruptive in two of her classes already,” the principal is saying and Bellamy scowls.
“Disruptive how?”
Principal Morgan sighs like his time is worth more than this conversation and that pisses Bellamy off. “She argued with two of her teachers about the curriculum being wrong.”
Bellamy snorts. “So you’re mad that my daughter is smarter than your teachers?” Clarke puts a hand on his arm to calm him but he knows without looking at her that she’s just as angry as he is. This is a good school, and they pay a lot of money for Madi and Jordan to attend, and the last thing they want is to have to enroll her somewhere else.
“Mr. Blake, all I’m asking is that you have a talk with your daughter.”
Bellamy and Clarke stand at the same time and Clarke gives him a smirk. “Oh, we will.”
That night at dinner Madi is quiet and he’s guessing that she’s preparing to be yelled at.
“Madi, do you want to tell us what happened today?” Clarke asks, passing a bowl of potato salad to Jordan, who spoons some onto Hope’s plate.
Madi tells them everything, from correcting her history teacher about false facts and telling her math teacher that it isn’t fair to assume everyone knows basic algebra going into the 9th grade. “I’m sorry for being a brat but they were wrong.”
Clarke reaches over and holds her hand. “We’re not mad at you, love. We are proud of you for sticking up for what you know is right.”
“Really?”
“Hell yeah,” Bellamy tells her, earning a scolding look from his wife that he ignores. “You are always more important to us than some stupid school. You are a warrior, kid. Don’t you ever forget it.”
Who teaches their son to tie a tie
“Are you nervous?”
Bellamy hands Jordan the navy blue tie and watches fondly as he tucks it under his collar.
“Not about the date,” Jordan says, his hands struggling to knot the tie. “Delilah is great. But yeah, the whole senior prom thing is a little scary.”
Bellamy chuckles and reaches for the tie. “Here,” he says, showing Jordan how to loop it. “You’re going to be fine. Luckily for you, you’re adopted and don’t have my bad dancing gene.”
Jordan grins. “Lucky for me I ended up with you as a dad anyway.”
Bellamy slaps his son on the shoulder, trying not to show in his eyes how emotional that statement made him. He prides himself in being a cool dad, since he’s really not that much older than Jordan to begin with, but he’s not above shedding a tear when one of his kids says something nice like that.
“There, you’re all set. Have fun tonight and don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.”
And who explains periods to their daughter?
It figures that Clarke and Madi are out of town the week Hope gets her first visit from Aunt Flo.
“Dad!!”
His eleven year old daughter is screaming from the bathroom but when he gets there the door is locked.
“Hope, what’s wrong?”
“Can you call mom?”
His heart drops, because he immediately knows what’s going on and of course he’s the last person she wants to talk to about this.
“Did you, um…did you start your…”
“Yes!” She yells through the door. “What do I do?”
He tells her that there are some pads under the sink and says that they are pretty easy to use. He had to deal with this with Octavia too, when his mom was on a two week bender and couldn’t be bothered to teach her own daughter about her body.
Twenty minutes later Hope emerges from the bathroom, skin pale and eyes red.
“Want me to buy you some chocolate ice cream?” He offers and she nods, tucks herself into his arms so he can give a hug only a dad can give.
Who cries at graduation?
He’s a mess.
It seems like just yesterday Madi was a ten year old little firecracker, with her big brown eyes and wild hair down to her back. It’s hard to believe it’s been almost eight years since the day they adopted her, and now she’s graduating
“Bellamy, are you okay?” Clarke asks, her knuckles white as she grips his hand. He can see how hard she’s trying to hold it together but they both know they only have two and a half more months before Madi is almost 600 miles away at school.
“Not even in the slightest,” he says and they both cry when they watch their daughter walk across the stage and accept her diploma.
“I’m so proud of you, kid,” Bellamy says when Madi joins them after the ceremony. “I don’t know what we’re going to do with only one kid running around the house.”
Madi looks at Clarke and furrows her brow. “Didn’t you tell him?”
Bellamy’s eyes shoot to Clarke. “Tell me what?”
Her hand falls to her stomach and his eyes widen in shock. “Um…surprise?”
Who reads the book in silly voices?
Tobias starts talking much earlier than his older sister and every day Bellamy is shocked at his son’s vocabulary. By the time he’s nearing three he’s already speaking in complete sentences, which is both amusing and terrifying to his parents.
“Daddy, can you read me this please?”
Toby brings a fairy tale book to Bellamy, who grabs his glasses from the table next to him and slides them on just as his son climbs into his lap.
“Once upon a time there was a princess,” Bellamy starts and Toby giggles and claps his hands.
“With voices, Dad!”
Bellamy chuckles and reads the story, making his voice high for the princess and dark and scary for the villain. He hears a content sigh and he looks up to see Clarke standing in the doorway, her hands folded across her chest and her head resting on the door jam. She once told him that she finds him sexiest when he’s being a good dad.
Toby is drifting to sleep when Bellamy reaches the last page.
“And they lived happily ever after.”
Who’s the one against sweets before dinner and who lets it slide?
Toby is four when he discovers his love for caramel.
“Hope, how was school?” Clarke asks from beside him. She’s sitting on the kitchen counter with a full glass of wine in her hand as he stirs the spaghetti sauce on the stove. Every couple of minutes she’ll poke him with her finger so he’ll dip a spoon in to give her a taste.
Hope tells them a story about her English teacher and Toby comes up to him and tugs on the bottom of his shirt.
“What’s up, buddy?”
“Can I have a candy?” He asks and Bellamy frowns.
“Dinner is going to be done soon. How about we wait until after, okay?”
Toby pouts. “But mama always lets me.”
Clarke almost chokes on her wine and Bellamy looks at her with a raised eyebrow. “Oh, does she now?”
“Please,” his wife retorts. “Don’t think I forgot how you gave Madi and Hope pieces of chocolate before school all those years.”
Hope laughs from where she’s doing her homework on the kitchen table. “She’s got you there, pops.”
Who gets rid of the monster in the closet and under the bed?
Toby goes through a phase three months before his fifth birthday where he’s convinced a monster lives in his room.
“Buddy,” Bellamy tells him every night. “There is nothing here, I promise.” Then he proceeds to open the door to the closet, turning on the light to show him that it’s empty. He gets on the floor with a flashlight and checks under the bed to show Toby that nothing is there to scare him.
“Then why do I hear scratching every night?” Toby asks seriously. “It always comes from over there.”
He points to his window and Bellamy’s eyes narrow. “Here?” He asks and his son nods. Bellamy trusts his kids and if Toby says he hears scratching then maybe there is something to that.
It only takes a minute of looking out of Toby’s window for him to see the source of the scratching. He grins and tells his son he’ll be right back. When he walks back into the room, he tells Toby to close his eyes and says that he found someone to help him combat the monsters at night.
And that’s the story of how Toby got his first kitten.
Which parent sneaks veggies into the kids’ dinner and who doesn’t like veggies themselves?
“This is gross.” Toby leans over and nudges Bellamy is the side. “Why does mom make us eat this?”
Bellamy snorts, because if he’s being honest he’s not the biggest fan of vegetable casserole either.
“Mom wants us to go meatless on Mondays, remember? Be nice.”
Jordan and Madi are both home for the week because it’s spring break and they both are picking at their plates like they’d rather be eating anything else.
Clarke is just watching them all with an annoyed look on her face.
“Fine, who wants to order pizza?” They all cheer and she laughs. “Okay, but no pepperoni!”
Who in your OTP does the “hurt my baby and I’ll kill you” speech when their kid brings someone over?
Hope is seventeen when she brings home her first boyfriend.
“I don’t like this,” Bellamy tells Clarke, who rolls her eyes and tells him to calm down. “She’s too young to be dating.”
“Are you kidding me?” Clarke asks. “I was seventeen when we started dating.”
Bellamy snorts. “Yeah, and do you remember how many times we snuck off to have sex?” Clarke pales and he nods. “See?”
“Hope is smart,” she says. “It’s going to be fine.”
The kid’s name is Decker, which is just about the dumbest name he’s ever heard, and he pulls him aside before they have a chance to leave on their first date.
“Listen, kid. I’ve been you, okay? I know how teenage boys think. You hurt my daughter and there will be consequences. Understand?”
Decker is practically shaking in fear, which makes Bellamy feel just a little bad for the kid. “Yes, sir.”
“Good,” he says and practically pushes the kid towards Hope. “Now, have a great time at the movies.”
Who goes on all the rides with the kids because their partner gets queasy on rides?
“I can’t believe you guys are having another baby,” Hope says as they get in line for the roller coaster. “Do you two ever just keep it in your pants.”
“Hey!” Bellamy says, reaching down to cover Toby’s ears. “Can you not in front of your little brother, please?”
Hope shrugs. “What? It’s not my fault our parents are bunnies.”
“Dad, can we get a rabbit?” Toby asks, his voice loud because he’s trying to hear himself talk. Bellamy rolls his eyes and lets go of his ears.
“Sorry, little man. I think Obi Wan would eat it.” That’s a lie because they have the laziest fat cat in the world. “And we’re having another baby because we’re still young and we like our kids.”
“Yeah,” Toby says.”I don’t wanna be the only kid when you go off to college.”
Clarke is watching them from the sidelines, her four month along belly just barely on display in a yellow sundress and she waves as they board the ride. She wasn’t feeling great this morning but since they’d had this theme park trip planned for months she’d decided that she would just sit out on rides that might make her sick.
“Sooner or later, you’re going to have to stop having kids,” Hope says as she helps Toby buckle his seat belt.
“Maybe one day,” Bellamy agrees and he throws a wink to his wife. “But not today.”

Undertales of Friendship: Frisk’s Bad Joke
Tumblr media
The blue-furred Pegasi that was Rainbow Dash was hovering among the heavy cloud cover, glancing down below at one of the onlookers. The creature in question, armored fish woman Undyne, smiled up toothily as she gave a wink with her one good eye, a yellow thing with a piercingly black pupil.
"Alright Undyne! Ready?!" Rainbow called out as Undyne gave her a nod, readying her spears. "GO!"
Undyne began to lob the spears at full force at Rainbow Dash, Rainbow standing ready as the magical bullets headed her way. As they approached, she began to kick them, each one piercing a cloud and sending it flying into the pools of water below. Watching from a nearby cliff, Alphys shuddered and moaned as she watched her hero go at it, aided by a pony she found rather cute.
"Hey Alphys, whatcha doing?" A voice called behind her, making her squeal in fright. She turned wide eyed and saw Frisk and Asriel, watching the show as well. The brown-haired Asian American and the adorably white-furred goat-boy-esque monster were a charming little sight on any day.
"Ummm... .y-y-y-y-y-y-y-ou know, justsitting here and not having bad thoughts about Undyne and Rainbow Dash, eeeehhehehehe..." She scratched the back of her dinosaur like head.
"Something WONDERFUL just happened." Discord said, many miles away, looking up from his sandwich and beaming in delight.
"Sooooo... what are you doing?"
"Well, we were on our way to Zecora's to get some herbal remedies for Dad." Asriel said. "Seems Berry Punch gave him something a liiiiittle too strong last night, and he has a massive hangover."
Alphys sighed some at that, more naughty thoughts entering the dirty minded anime lover's head.
"Something even MORE wonderful is happening." Discord murmured in delight as Alphys turned as red as a beet.
"Ummm... okay... you have fun..."
Frisk chuckled. "Actually we were hoping you guys were free later, mom is making some fresh apple pie with Applejack and we all get to sample it."
Alphys smiled. "Well that is an offer I can't ref-"
CLONK! Suddenly she was hit in the head with one of the blunted spears, both Undyne and Rainbow staring in shock. "I'm good! I... just may need a doctor... or two... or ten..."
Frisk and Asriel eeped, seeing the magic spear stuck in one of the tips of Alphy's glasses, just barely missing him. They figured it might be a good idea to head to the Everfree. Nothing in there was more terrifying than a worried Undyne.
NOTHING.
Frisk and Alphys huddled together as they walked through the Everfree forest on the path to the hut where Zecora lived. They already were being watched by a timberwolf pack, and they had a hunch the only thing keeping the two of them from being toothpick treats were the flowers that bordered the path.
"Are you sure we are going the right way Frisk?" Asriel asked, shivering.
"I dunno... but Twilight did say just to follow the path..." Frisk said. Asriel hmmed and suddenly snapped his fingers.
"Here... watch this." He focused his magic, suddenly getting older, looking more like his forst form as God of Hyperdeath, except not quite as frightening. He focused his energy, lifting a finger as it glowed with a faintly white light. He smiled as he stopped, nodding in satisfaction. "That way. It isn't far." Asriel said in a deeper voice. He looked over at Frisk, then down where he stood. "Frisk! What is that?!"
Frisk looked down. All about his feet and nuzzling his skin were beautiful shining blue flowers. He never saw any like them anywhere else in Equestria, and wondered how these were so different. He really wasn't sure about flowers, given the fact that Asriel used to be Flowey, a soulless beast who hurt a lot of people.
And then was eaten by ponies for a few weeks. It got weird.
"Asriel... I got a bad feeling about this." Frisk said. Asriel nodded. "We better hurry to Zecora's place. Twilight said she knows everything in nature. Hopefully she knows something about these flowrers.
Asriel nodded, the two starting off, neither noticing that Frisk's legs were changing color...
"Do not worry, Applebloom. In my tummy I have lots of room." Decora said, stirring the massive stewpot, pouring in some more veggies.
"I surely hope so Zecora... I mean... there is a lot." Applebloom said, relaxing in the pot, massaing some of the veggies into her tummy, still hurting from the cupcakes.
"Oh I wouldn't worry about that. I could eat a whole pony and only barely get fat." Decora said, sprinking some spice on Apple Bloom. "Ahh, the right temprature for my brew. Now relax and we will see what it will do."
Apple Bloom mmmmed at the tasty smelling mixture she was in, bubbling gently thanks to the coals underneath. She could just imagine if AppleJack came in right now, seeing the plate on the table, and her sitting in the big pot.
She giggled at that. "Hey Zecora... next person that comes in, act like this is actually Appleblom Soup and not just a bath to help relax my tummy."
Zecora chuckled. "That sounds like a funny thing to do! Besides, you're TOO sweet for me to eat you!" She nuzzled Apple Bloom and added more of the herbs. "As for that pie tasting, You needn't a care, I assure you that I will be there."
As she said that, the door slammed open, revealing an adult version of Asriel, looking rather worried. Asriel's adult form looked quite nice, with a delightful black robe, the Delta Rune symbol of Monsters on the front with dazzling eyes and a well-built body...yet his face was lined with worry. "Zecora! I need your..." He paused and blinked. "Ohhhhh no. Bad enough I and Frisk wind up on the menu, now you're eating the Crusaders too?!"
Zecora and Apple Bloom chuckled, the philly relaxing in the pot. "It's not stew silly! It's an herbal bath! I had a tummy ache from trying a lot of Pinkie Pie's cupcakes, so I came here to see if she could help it."
Asriel shook his head. "Welll I need help of a different sort. I can't find Frisk!" He exclaimed, his voice getting a terrified edge to it.
Both pony and zebra went wide eyed.
"See, We were on our way here, when Frisk was feeling a little tired. He told me to go on, and I went a few steps. But when I turned around he was just...GONE. Zecora I gotta find him, I cannot even sense his SOUL, and I usually can in this form!" Asriel said, putting a hand on his robed chest, shaking his mightily-horned head back and forth.
Zecora hmmed, tapping a hoof to her chin. "Tell me all the things you did see and do, and where he is might be found by you."
Asriel related the journey, including meeting Undyne and Alphys, and running from a timberwolf... then he mentioned Frisk finding some bluie flowers. At this Zecora went wide eyed.
"So you found the cursed flowers of blue?! Oh NOW what did the Poison Joke do?"
Back on the Path, Frisk had no idea what happened. He didn't know where he was at first, but things looked so much bigger now. Worse, he could not seem to be able to move, and he felt really weird.
"Asriel? ASRIEL!" He called.
But nobody came. It was such a shame.
Wait... why did he think that way? He turned about, almost having a panic attack, finally seeing a small pool of water. But when he looked in it, he began to scream.
It was not himself looking back, but a beautiful looking rose. Thing is, the rose had a face like Flowey, and when Frisk blinked, so did the flower. He wasn't sure how but somehow... somehow he was a rose!
"Oh no...oh NO OH NO! and I am in a world of ponies where roses are...oh wait." He breathed a brief sigh of relief that at least he would not die as a flower thanks to the ability he got from the princesses. Their little gift to keep him from undue harm. But he was still trapped. Unless this was a cruel joke and in truth he could do everything Flowey could. He focused some, and tried to make some "friendliness pellets."
Instead, he made cute little hearts float about him. He was surprised by this as they drifted about him before gasping in surprise, hearing a growl behind him. He eeped as he saw it was the timberwolf from before, and in his shock he fired the hearts. With a THWOOMP they shot forth at the timberwolf...
But rather than hurt the wolf however, the thing suddenly froze, then began to act like a lovable puppy, albeit the most terrifying looking one ever, barking playfully and even rolling about like the annoying dog. Frisk was confused for a second, until he took a closer look at his eyes.
They now had little red hearts in them.
"I get it... I really did share my love." He said thoughtfully, leaning on a leaf of his thorny steam without thinking, tapping the side of his bud in thought. "Maybe I can use this to get the attention of Asriel." He mused aloud.
Almost on cue, he saw his best friend, as well as two pnies he identified as Zecora the zebra and the Cutie Mark Crusader Apple Bloom. He focused just a few SOUL pellets, as he was calling them (Meaning Symbols Of Unbound Love), and fired, hoping that one of the three would notice.
But as his luck had it... they hit Zeocra, the one who would most recognize them.
"What the...?!" She managed to get out as little red hearts appeared. She saw the playful timberwolf, and suddenly ran too it, acting very... Un-Zecora like. "Ohhh, who is a good poochie, who is a good poochie?" She siad, scratching his belly, making some bark come off, a soft sappy tounge licking Zecoras face. The other two blinked.
"Ummmmmm... what just happened here?" Asriel said.
"It must be Poison Joke! Apparently it turned Zecora into a lovesick philly!"
Asriel blinked. "But why did it affect the timberwolf.. I thought they were immune."
Apple Bloom was about to answer, Frisk readying his SOUL pellets for ANOTHER attempt, when he felt himself plucked from the ground. He "eeped" as he saw it was by a big red pony staring down at him. Oh no.
"Oh hey Big Mac!" Apple Bloom said. "Picking a flower for Cherilee? And it's a rose too, nice!"
"EEEEEEEEEYup." Big Macintosh said through clenched teetrh. Frick cursed his illluck. He would have been at just the right angle to be seen by Asriel, BUT HE WAS FACING THE WRONG WAY! The back of his head was turned around and he couldn't turn his head enough!
"Well... We gotta find Frisk... we think he may have hit some Poison Joke. If you see him on the way out, or anything that might have been him affected by the joke, let us know okay?"
Big Mac nodded, shaking the boy around some. "Eeeyup." He answered, carrying off his gift for Cheerilee. Roses were her favorite treat of all, and Frisk knew that Cheerilee would likely devour him.
Unless...
As the duo of Asriel and Apple Bloom left the forest, taking Zecora and the timberwolf in tow, the two napping next to one another on a cart Asriel made using his magic, they had NO IDEA where to find Frisk. Luckily, they soom spotted someone who could help, Twilight and Undyne walking by to go see Alphys in the hospital.
"Hey there big guy! Hey squirt! What's up?" Undyne asked, carrying some flowers for Alphys.
"We are trying to find Frisk. We hoped that maybe he was still in the forest, but no luck." Asriel said, telling the whole story. Twilight hmmed.
"Yeah, that's Poison Joke, alright. It is like poison ivy but instead of a bad itch it plays a bad joke."
Undyne groaned. "Sounds like SANS'S kind of flower... but what is up with those two?" Undyne approached, the timberwolf waking and gently licking her hand. "Heh, neat dog!"
"That's weird... Timberwolves are usually much more feirce... this one is very docile." Twilight hmmed, looking in his eyes. "And last I checked they don't get red hearts for pupils."
Asriel hmmed. "Zecora had the same thing. We thought maybe it was due to poison joke affecting them."
Undyne smiled. "Not much of a joke kiddo. I mean look at him! This timberwolf would be the perfect pet! And best of all I could train it to maybe turn into a wooden suit of armor or something?"
Everyone stared.
"What?! Happens in anime all the time, and we know anime is real right?!"
"Uhhhhhhh..." Twilight hmmed, trying to get off the subject. "Undyne is right... I don't think this is poison joke causing this. Did you two see anything else weird?"
Apple Bloom hmmed. "Well, we did see a big rose on the path. We didn't think roses grew in the Everfree."
Twilight hmmed, then went wide eyed. "Wait a sec! Asriel...this is a long shot, but YOU were a flower before... so what if-"
"You don't mean... that was FRISK!?" Asriel said. Undyne went wide eyed and began to laugh.
"Oh now THAT is funny! Little lover boy turning into a symbol of love! Now that is hilarious!"
Apple Bloom suddenly gasped. "And dangerous! Big Mac had picked it, and was going to give it to Cheerilee!"
Twilight nodded. "Then that is where we are going. Everyone hang on, I can teleport us th... WHOA!" Before she could, the timberwolf pounced her, waggging his tail and licking her face, making her laugh since it was so ticklish. Undyne smiled.
"Yeah, definately want this for my pet. But it looks like we will have to walk. Twilight, you stay with Barkbark and Zecora and-"
"Barkbark?" Asriel said, Undyne leaning close.
"YOU GOT SOMETHING AGAINST THE NAME." She said with narrowed eyes, the boy turned hyperdeath god shaking his head furiously. "GOOD. Let's movce it losers! To Cheerilee's!"
The three ran off, leaving Twilight with a very friendly timberwolf. She giggled as she finally got up. "Ok... sit." She said, testing.
Barkbark sat.
"Good boy!" She said. She suddenly realized she didnt have a treat besides an apple. She gulped. "Ummmm... what do you eat anyway? Besides ponies?"
Over at the aforementioned red-furred Earth Pony's home, Frisk ahhhed relaxingly as he sat in some tea. He was a little hurt when some petals came off, but was relieved that all he was going to be for now was flavoring for a special apple rosepetal tea. The local school teacher Cheerillee was truly touched, brushing some pink hair to the side before giving the red-furred, well-built hunk of a stallion that was Big Mac a big smile.
"Oh Big Mac, this is the best tea I ever had. Thank you, my wonderful Apple Pie." She said, kissing him on the nose
"Eeeyup." He said, blushing shyly. Frisk smiled at the duo.
"Sooooooo... .you're not going to eat me right? I'm not food?"
Cheerilee giggled. "Of course you are sweetie! After tea I am making my special rose and daisy cookies, it's one of our favorites."
GULP.
"Ummmm... you might not wanna do that." Frisk said, shaking his head back and forth. "See... I have this power, and if I use it, it makes some strange things happen." He warned them.
Big Mac hmmed? "Like what?"
Frisk sighed. He focused and made a couple SOUL pellets. "These. If I hit you with these you will fall deeply in love and what you do will be... well... pretty bad."
Cheerilee smiled. "Oh silly, we are ALREADY in a relationship! But go ahead, I;m curious if it can go further."
Big Mac smiled. "Hope it ain't like last time." He said, the biggest sentence he said for awhile. Cheerilee giggled remembering that.
So Frisk focused and fired... but as he did, Undyne crashed through the front door, taking the bullets head on. Frisk gasped as she sudden;ly froze, then looked at Asriel. "Well hello, handsome." She said wistfully.
"Something AWFUL is happening." Discord gasped, suddenly sitting up in his bathtub, the little rubber ducky he had on his muzzle dropping off as he cringed.
"RUN, ASRIEL!" Frisk screamed, Asriel eeping as Undyne went to embrace him. Apple Bloom was wide eyed as they ran past, the hero of the underworld chasing Asriel. Apple Bloom "oied".
"Ooooooooooh boy. Toriel is gonna be MAAAAAAD..." She said, looking at Frisk. "And as for you, Frisk..."
"Frisk? You mean.. .the flower is Frisk?" Cheerilee said, Big Mac also in shock.
"Yeah, Bro went into the Everfree, I guess to get you some really rare flowers, found the rose, and well the rose was Frisk thanks to Poison Joke, and..."
"Whoa whoa whoa..." Cheerilee said, tapping Apple Bloom. "If that is Frisk why didn't he say so?"
Frisk blushed, wilting slightly. "Well... Big Mac DID brave the Everfree to pick me,, just for you" He said. Cheerilee looking to Big Mac.
"Yeah... he did." She snuggled him. "Apple Bloom, can you take Frisk over to Twilight? See if she can cure him? But Frisk... before you go..." She began to add.
Frisk could see where this was going. "Ok...hold still..." He remarked aloud, taking aim...
"In conclusion Princess Celestia, the incident was resolved well. With the exception of the Timberwolf the SOUL pellets were extracted. Seems the timberwolf, Barkbark, is permanently tamed. Frisk is back to normal now, thanks to Zecora's remedy, and He is working with Asriel to clear the Poison Joke enough to allow safe passage in the Everfree with no further incident."
Twilight smiled, sitting in the hospital room, Alphys getting snuggled by both Undyne and Barkbark.
"Ohhh... I suppose we can keep him... but what do Timberwolves eat?"
Undyne hmmed. "Well... I found out they eat meat mostly, so I guess we may have to find some here in Equestria. They might also eat spider pastries...so I guess Muffet will have some more customers for her specialties!"
Alphys smiled, petting BarkBark's soft, mossy back. "Well we will figure out out. Did he eat yet?"
Undyne nodded. "Yup! He ate Frisk!"
Everyone spoke at once. "FRISK!"
Twilightr illuminated the inside of the Timberwolf, indeed looking like the inside of a hollow log with mossy interior that tickled the little kid. "I'm okay!" He called out, giving them a thumbs up. Seemed he was in no danger after all.
"Now THAT is funny." Undyne said. "Guess you can say our wolf is full of Frisk's love now?"
Everyone groaned.
"Sans really is an awful influence on us all!" The Princess of Friendship groaned, whacking her face with her hoof. "Undyne... if you're looking for laughs, your... BARKing up the wrong tree." Twilight said, giving a little wink.
Undyne tossed a pillow at her face as laughter filled the air, and so ended another day in Equestria.
THE END
Asriel appeared, smiling.
"Hi there! Hoped you liked this one. I really was glad to tell about this, seeing Frisk make people fall in love was really cute!
"Well... except when Undyne thought I was her boyfriend or something... don't tell mom okay? Please?
"Oh and by the way, just so you know Frisk was taken out, completely unharmed. Seemed the moss breaks down food overtime inside a timberwolf so it works really slow, and as a result Undyne just reached right in and pulled Frisk right out. Barkbark now apparently can be used as a sort of emergency shelter if needed.
"Annnnnnd about my changing into my god form. Yeah I can do that at will thanks to the SOUL power everyone gave me. Since I got so much of it I can take adult form with no trouble. But don't worry, I can't use my attacks or anything like that, I just have better natural magical talent as an adult. I can't use it for long though, maybe a day, then I am worn out by the end of it.
"I bet your wondering how I break the forth wall like this when no one else can. Well that is easy. I know this is fanfiction, and that you clearly liked reading it. I'm glad for that. If I could I would hug you in thanks.
"Well... .that's it. Goodnight!"
Asriel vanished, leaving the screen blank.
