#vent because he doesn't use tumblr but my sibling is giving me a fucking migraine#literally arguing the opposite of 'water isn't wet'#telling me I'm wrong for saying 'cold & wet' is different from 'cold'#now he's like 'but I was talking about something else' like bruh then why the fuck did you repeat yourself every one of the five times#I reiterated?#the topic is I'm saying using waterproof gloves to clean wet gutters is better than using bare hands#he's trying to argue that being cold is the same thing as cold and wet#because the gloves will get cold#*bro* when you take the gloves *off* you'll *stop having cold gloves on*#can't take your fucki g skin off#he's saying he'd rather just stress *me* out by suffering and complaining rather than just trying something to see if it works#of course even if he tried it he's so determined to have something to complain about he'd just do it wrong#which is why when he tried to argue that he *had* tried it before we then drag it out of him that he had tried it with#*kitchen gloves* and not the combination waterproof/thick working gloves I was suggesting specifically#ffs#I love him and all but#he has this Thing about taking the most incompetent path possible sometimes#probably so that it'll annoy everyone else so much we'll do it for him#he's been better about it lately but come onnnnnnn
