#ask#anonymous#more seriously I think it’s well paced and has good writing#it also has an ensemble focus#kinda like fourze#there’s a part in the opening where more and more people from the school get added to the ‘walking together’ bit#the themes of ‘dreams’ and the emphasis on the dreams of the ensemble cast cohere really well#I think the writers also do a great job of balancing ‘lessons for babies’ with ‘emotional complexity’#a character in the later part of the season gets several episodes to adjust and a focus episode with each member of the main cast#and one character shows up in a similar role throughout the series but by the end is able to do something different#there’s just a LOT of payoff. if you care about the series it rewards you :)#also the fight scenes got so brutal (by precure standards) that the next series could only have wand fights and no physical combat lol
