It's hilarious to see Cultist-chan making a (slight) comeback ESPECIALLY given that completly independent from that development I currently have a big commission featuring her in the works for the Heldrake blog.
The fandom, without any sort of coordination or organisation, collectively decided that "you know, that fandom-joke-character from 2008? That was the shit let's bring her back" and people just got to work.
