In this au Miles and Franziska run away from their home with Manfred before either of them become prosecutors. Afters a few months on the run Miles manages to get in contact with Phoenix, he's so excited to hear from Miles and his new little sister! And then when he hears of their situation he calls the everyday and consoles and reassures them, slowly fixing Phoenix's and Miles' bond and forming one with Franziska. The siblings spend the better part of 2 years homeless and trying to avoid recognition. They manage to make their way very close to where Phoenix lives when they hear of his arrest. They watch the trials carefully and incredibly anxiously, Franziska nearly bolting out of her seat to chase Phoenix when he runs off with the necklace. They finally meet up after the trial and almost get to have their sappy raunion/meeting but Franziska and Miles are too concerned about him to let him do anything but go to the hospital. Once they get to be emotional and ecstatic in the hospital Phoenix asks Mia is he, Miles and Franziska can all be her students and she hesitantly adopts them all. After spending a few years training and practicing with Mia they all pass the bar exam and become defense attorneys, they end being known as one of the toughest law agency's out there.
