honestly this is simply a vehicle to write stobin friendship lol. the one scene i have written for this is the scene where the two main characters are being tortured and, in an attempt to prove they’re not lying, they just start sharing secrets they know about each other.

“Steve was babysitting this eight year old kid and he flirted with her to get her to go to sleep.” “Robin once called a girl mommy in bed!” “He waxes his asshole!” “Robin has sex dreams about muppets!” “I had one sex dream where Tammy Thompson was a muppet and you know that was probably your fault!” “She Googled if it meant something on my computer and now I get really weird ads.” “Steve can’t come because he’s on anti-depressants —” “Yes I can — it just takes me a really long time!”

An AU thingy that umm, please listen to my ramble I beg you :[

Hello!!! Had this AU in mind for a bit too long decided to dump it all here :] sorry if it's all a bit messy I'm bad at organising those stuff hghghgghg <-- delusional (explanation and story below the images)

So:

I call it the FMN AU [Forget-Me-Not] and it's set in a fantasy world of course, in a great Empire of Heremitaran.

Because of how big the Empire is, it's divided in two, with two rulers: Ren The King of the North known for his bravery, plenty of victories, feared by those outside of his Empire , and the other one in the Sout is ... well... Mumbo.. (yes he's a king because his father died, he sucks at it tho, can't help but be that wet poor cat and not knowing what to do).

And that's when we come in with Grian and Scar.

There's a crown, to be specific, called the Vacivus Halo which is safely kept in Ren's vault , away from the rest of the world. It's the most powerful thing ever known, and Watchers are ready to fight for it against Listeners, who are worshipped by most of north people and Ren himself. The war those two spiecies of angel-gods started over a crown has been going for many centuries and now when Listeners has had it for themselves for so long, Watchers start to fear that they might use it against them to finally get rid of the enemy.

The crown has been under Watchers' control for some time too, that's when they tasked Mumbo's father with protecting it, but he died at war, crown got stolen, landed in Ren's hands and now all they got is Mumbo... They quickly realized that he's definetely not... well.. worthy? So they give the task of getting it back to an orphan living near the palace. He's a poor chicken keeper until he meets one of The Watchers disguised as a snake, asking him for help, the snake promises him everything he wants. So he agrees.

He gets powers such as:

Manipulating others' minds [putting images and memories that never existed before into anyone's head ]. It's his most powerful ability that he uses by just looking into their eyes, yet there's one thing about it: he can't make people forget the things he puts in their heads.

Flight, he has a cape that turns into wings when needed.

He can see what his snake sees whenever he wants, so he can use it to spy on people.

With those abilities he fools everyone at the palace into believing he's Mumbo's new guard and personal assasin, so he can be always close to the ruler who should be visiting the North very soon... he also makes friends with the young king, they get along pretty well.

Meanwhile Scar has a simmiliar story, though he was an assasin and Ren's guard before Listeners chose him. Ren is still in a good shape and probably will still be a good protector of the crown, but they felt like they need more than one If Watchers ever plan on getting the crown back, so they chose Scar by appearing to him as a cat, they wanted to tell him that they are ready to give him anything he wishes for but he was like "KITTY!!!!!!!! HELLO YOU SO CUTE!!" and agreed right away, just to have a scarf that turns into a cat...... he likes cats alright, he's been feeling pretty lonely recently too...

Scar's powers are:

Super speed [he got it with the boots]

Sensitive Hearing

Completely silent walking

He also got his cat [he named it Jellie because it's semi-transparent like a jelly when in not-scarf form lol] that can transform into a tiger like creature sometimes.

Yeah guess what.

They meet. Grian and Scar. They. Meet.

And they uhhh kinda make friends with eachother and don't really think that they might be enemies.

Watchers don't know that Scar is Listeners' servant, and the other way around, Listeners don't know that Grian is Watchers' servant.

Things escalate from here...... and that's where the story starts!

I have plans on making short comics and stories to tell you the lore piece by piece, but be aware that updates won't be very often, I'll try tho!

I absolutely love your older brother Danyal Who left to protect Damian story, can you add on to it because I wanna know how he would interact with the family and maybe he knew Jason when he was in the league before he left or He would turn invisible and spy on the batfam to check up on Damian from time to time so he knows things about them

i've actually thought about Jason knowing about Danny in the League before! I made a little meme about it in one of my meme dump posts! Ultimately it's non-canon to the au and would have to be part of an offshoot branch or a variant of the au due to continuity reasons.

Meaning that if Jason knew about Danyal, I don't think Damian would have been able to keep his existence (and "death") a secret for long. Or at least long enough for it to be revealed that he was alive. Jason would have asked about Danny at some point, maybe even right away upon re-entering the family and seeing Damian there, depending on the context. I can see him asking whether in front of everyone and in private too, depending on that context as well.

Ooooo and! I just remembered this, but there's no guarantee that Danny and Jason would have even met while Jason was in the league too -- some depictions I've seen of this au have Jason around while Damian is still a baby, or as a young kid. The timelines are notoriously wonky. -- and Danyal "died" when Damian was five. Depending on the ages, the timeline, and all that jazz, Jason could have very well entered the League when Damian was five sometime after Danyal's death.

Or he could've been there to see Danyal, meet him, and eventually become close enough to him to figure out that Danyal deeply adored his little brother and everything he did was ultimately meant to be for his benefit -- in a twisted up way. Hey, we could even go a step further and say he was there the night Danny got his facial scar. It really would all depend.

But that would require me sitting down and recharting the timeline in order to fit that in without any significant plot holes; like deciding ages, how long Jason's with the League before splitting (ultimately he spent five years away from Gotham before returning. How many of those years am I willing to keep him in the au?), when he was there, etc.

Something I am simply not interested nor have the energy to do for this au this far in ashdgf. So for the sake of my own sanity and the continuity of the main au: Jason did not know nor know about Danyal in the League.

However its still a fun idea to think about! So some things I've thought about if Jason did know Danyal in the league:

- For the hispanic jason truthers: Jason sometimes called him diablito; 'little devil' since the whole 'grandson of the demon head' thing.

- Danyal had a habit of sitting right outside Damian's room at night to listen for intruders, something he's done since Damian was a baby after the initial attack that resulted in his scar. Jason would sometimes sit with him if he found him like that.

- If Jason was present -- both physically and mentally -- for the day Damian was born, he saw firsthand the way Danny was so happy to meet him. The light shining in Danyal's eyes as baby Damian latched onto his fingers is not something he could ever forget.

- This means he was also there the day Danyal got his scar a few days later. Bursting into the nursery with Talia and seeing Danny hovered in front of the crib, almost drenched in blood with his face split open, is not something he'll forget either.

- (fun fact, did you know that head injuries bleed the most even if it's a shallow cut? Danny's scar, which in order to still be prominent at 15, would be from his hairline to his jaw, would've been bleeding profusely. And scars shrink with age! This is not only because of healing, but because your body grows except the scar doesn't. This i know from personal experience -- i have a scar on my knee from 2nd grade that used to stretch horizontally from kneecap to kneecap and needed two large bandaids to cover. But now is barely any longer than the first joint of my pinkie. It has not faded.)

- Nor will he forget the thousand yard stare in Danny's little blue eyes as he looked up at Talia and, in a little voice, said; "They were gonna hurt Damian, momma."

- He and Talia both tried convincing Danny to use the lazarus pits to heal his face without a scar, Danny refused and kept refusing. It was proof he'd protected his brother and he wouldn't accept any of their reasoning. It hasn't impaired his sight or ability.

- Jason held his hand while the cut got stitched up. Danyal didn't cry once. He stared at the wall over the doctor's shoulder, and the only indication that Jason knew he was in pain was when his grip tightened in his hand.

- Jason left shortly after Damian turned three, so he was somewhat aware that Danny was going to begin distancing himself from Damian. Damian's memories of him in the League are fuzzy at best.

- When Damian joined the family and Jason was hanging around/reconciled with them, he asked Damian in the cave about Danyal. He said; "By the way, where's Danyal? I'm surprised he's not hovering by your side."

- He did not like the way Damian tensed up and refused to meet his eyes. When Damian finally revealed that Danyal was dead, he refused to believe it, and continued to refuse to believe it long afterward. Danyal? Gone? The little eldest demon was dead? That sounded completely unlike him. That boy was too stubborn and loved Damian too much to stay buried.

- They got into an argument about it right there in the cave. Jason thought Damian was lying to him, and Damian was not appreciating how much Jason cared nor him saying Damian was a liar.

- Jason has a few photos of him and Danyal and Damian in the league. All of them happened when Damian was too young to remember them. He has one or two photos of Danyal before he got his scar. He eventually shares these with Damian.

- I did have one idea where he found Danny in Amity Park once and had to be threatened by Danyal to not tell anyone.

okay that's all i've got for now. Onto the others!

He wouldn't do this actually! Danyal is essentially in something like deep cover right now, and his whole reason for leaving the League is the belief that him being near Damian or the two of them being together is dangerous to Damian. That they will eventually be pitted against each other, and Danyal refuses to harm his brother in any sort of capacity.

The very last thing he would do is try and do anything that would indicate that he was alive -- including going invisible and flying over to Gotham to see Damian. The Waynes would figure out eventually that they were being spied on. They have experience with the paranormal and the weird due to Gotham shenanigans and basic hero craziness. They have incredible reflexes and intuition, you know how people can feel it when they're being stared at? That. That would happen, and when they can't shake the feeling of being watched, they'd get paranoid and seek out the cause of the feeling.

In some issues, afaik, Wayne Manor has protections against magical creatures. That place is more secure than Fort Knox; Danyal would not be able to get in or near it without triggering some sort of alarm.

And so, Danyal would do the opposite, and in fact would avoid Gotham like the plague -- in order to stay away from Damian, he has to stay away from Damia. And he'd probably avoid some of the cities where he knows his father's affiliates and allies lay, just to be safe. This is relatively easy to do since he's 15 and not leaving Amity Park any time soon.

If, for any reason, his foster family or school (for the 'visiting gotham' trope) made a plan to visit Gotham, Danyal would find a way to get out of it, by any means necessary.

It's just not a risk he's willing to take, and the 'deep cover' thing is something I mentioned in my Ellie and Damian Meeting oneshot (its in a reblog of my "danny and dani meeting" post). The only reason Damian hasn't immediately flown out to Danyal is because of two main reasons:

he has no idea where he is

Bruce forbade it for the time being because it could spook Danny off.

If Danny found out that Damian knew he was alive, knew where he was, and was going to come see him, there's no guarantee that Danny will just... stay. There's no guarantee that Danyal won't freak the fuck out and disappear off the radar, and then they'll be back to square one. Finding and meeting Danyal requires patience and proper planning, they can't dive headfirst into this.

Besides! Danny keeps tabs on Damian and his father (and eventually by extension his siblings) through news reports and articles about them! Sure not all of them are truthful, but the things reporting their actions, whereabouts, etc, he keeps and prints out and puts in a little shoebox/scrapbook in his room!

The folder on his father is huge because he started it a few months into moving in with the Fentons and it spans back decades. and Damian's is currently the smallest since he just recently appeared in public eye. Most of it is things like, Wayne Inc announcements for charities, galas, etc. Not tabloids or gossip. Positive publicity stuff.

He keeps them under his bed, and he pulls out his father's scrapbook to tell him about patrol whenever he comes back and needs to stitch himself up. It lets him pretend that he's actually telling his father about what he's done.

As for Danny interacting with the fam -- it'd be awkward but non-hostile! Danny's... not sure how to act with them, he'd be not unlike a skittish stray cat that you're trying to befriend who keeps running away. He only knows them from what he's parsed out from news articles written about them -- both civilian and hero -- and anything Talia's told him.

There's for sure a resemblance between him and Damian in more than just looks -- they both hold this sort of powerful or confident air around them that seems exclusive to the Al Ghul family -- and there's of course that pride in their abilities. They have similar speech patterns -- although Danny's more relaxed due to Sam and Tucker's influence. And they both share an intense care for animals and the environment that's also pretty standard for the Al Ghul family.

Overall though he's just... rather quiet. Snarky and witty, but quiet. Unsure and seemingly analyzing them, trying to figure them out. He's quietest around Bruce -- not because he's afraid of him or anything, but he's overwhelmed by him. He's wanted to meet Bruce since he was a child, and now he is and he doesn't know what to do. It's a strange feeling to have.

You can find him sitting in the same room Bruce is in and find him just, watching him. Watching him from various, obscure places. He seems content to just exist in his presence, and confused when Bruce speaks to him -- like he's not totally comprehended the fact that he's actually there in front of him.

Damian and Danny have perhaps the most awkward interactions with each other out of everyone -- they have old issues they need to sort out like Danny purposely distancing himself from Damian, and intentionally orchestrating their past interactions to result in Damian hating him, and Damian needs to figure out who his brother really is beyond what he led Damian into thinking.

There's a lot of one-sided yelling matches where Damian airs out his grievances at Danny, and Danny sits there silently and lets him. Danny apologizes to him for treating him so coldly in the past, that if there's anything he could go back and redo, it would be that. That he doesn't expect forgiveness from Damian, but he wants him to know Danyal's sincerity. He tells him that if he wanted, Danny could return to Amity Park and he won't bother Damian or his family again. Al Ghuls don't cry, but i think Danyal does when he apologizes to Damian.

I might have an au idea...

Lucifer is ruling hell solo because Lilith isn't around to rule with him(Either she's dead or she just straight up disappeared) and thanks to that situation Charlie isn't born(YET). One day he met up with a certain TV head upcoming overlord who just experienced a heartbreak from a certain demon ended up becoming quick friends with him but then A certain Radio Demon started to take notice on Lucifer and started have flash if visions from when he was alive when he's near the king and A certain Exorcist Leader started spying on the king for some unknown reasons and now the three have to settle this complicated situation themselves or else it would harm the king

(Oh wow... that is AMAZING! Excuse me while I write a quick sample piece based off of this-)

Vox:

Shit. Shit shit shit! Vox wasn't sure if he was lucky or being taunted at this point. What were the chances that his heart had been soothed just as quick as it had been broken? And by the King of Hell of all people?

How did the Overlord get himself into this mess you ask? Well, it was very simple. Vox had decided the best way to nurse heartache was to drown his sorrows in lots and lots of whiskey. So, he had allowed Val and Velvette to drag him to some upscale bar that the rich and famous of Hell came to get fucked up.

Honestly, he wasn't sure how they had managed to get in here. The Vees were powerful but fuck. They weren't even on the same level as most of the demons in that place. But he wasn't about to question it. He came there to get wasted not to think. That's how he found himself four drinks in and a beautiful blonde man next to him on the bar stools.

Vox knew he was out of this guy's league; however, he was just drunk and desperate enough to try his luck.

"What's a beautiful thing like you doing all alone?"

He realized his mistake all too soon. As soon as those words left his mouth and the demon turned to face him, it was like someone dumped a bucket of ice water on him.

"Y-Your Majesty! Apologies. I-I'm just-"

"Drunk and depressed? Me too."

While the TV Demon had been scared stiff and tried to stutter out an apology, Lucifer, the King of Hell, had just shrugged it off like it was nothing. And seemed able to read Vox like an open book.

Was it that obvious? Or was it because they were in a similar mood? If he was honest with himself, it was probably a bit of both. Well, he wasn't about to look a gift horse in the mouth. Not getting in trouble for shamelessly flirting with the King of Hell and getting to look at the gorgeous creature next to him. Vox was gonna enjoy every moment of it.

His drunk addled thought it would be fun to push his luck. That's how he found himself discussing how they both ended up depression drinking. It seemed like they were in the same boat in a way.

While Vox had been trying to dull the pain of rejection, Lucifer (he can't believe he gets to call Hell's King by his actual name!) was there to try and forget for a night about the Queen's passing. That had happened long before Vox had even appeared in Hell, so it was quite a surprise to say the least.

From there, the two ended up talking about their special interests instead. The Overlord ended up spilling on how much he loved technology, especially TVs, and sharks. While Lucifer wasn't a fan of TV in general, he wasn't opposed to watching it every now and then. However, his face lit up with excitement at the mention of sharks.

Come to find out, the fallen angel was a lover of all animals. Though, his favorite were birds. Specifically, ducks. Vox wasn't sure why ducks and he meant to ask. But he didn't wanna stop him when he was just so adorable gushing about the waterfowl. If he ever got the chance to talk to the smaller man again, he'd make sure to ask.

What happened next, Vox wasn't sure how it happened. One moment the two of them were sitting, drinking, and enjoying just talking. The next moment, they were back at The Vee Tower. On Vox's floor. Sitting on the ledge to the opening to his shark tank.

The way his sharks had warmed up so quickly to Lucifer, and how excited and affection he was made something warm bloom in Vox's chest. His night wasn't going as planned but this was better than whatever his plan had originally been.

He had lost track of time and before he knew it, he was waking up in his bed. With Lucifer getting ready for the day and turning to greet him with a smile and a soft good morning.

Had he... slept here? The spot next to the sinner was still warm so yes. The King of Hell had slept over. In his bed. Right next to him. Why? Why did he stay? When Vox finally got over his shocked and asked him, he was surprised and touched by the answer.

"You seemed... like you didn't want to be alone. Like, you needed someone to just exist next to you. I know that feeling all too well."

Lucifer had left hours ago, after being so kind as to summon up some coffee and painkillers for his hang over. Seriously, this guy was too kind for being the man who cursed all humanity. Vox had yet to get up.

He just laid there, replaying that night and morning in his head. He was completely and utterly fucked.

Alastor:

Things were touch and go since his almost defeat by Vox. Alastor had been hiding away in the shadows until he had enough strength to properly defend himself again. It seemed his patience was rewarded.

When he finally came from the shadows, still heavily injured and dying, an angel appeared in front of him. Literally. The first ever fallen angel stood before him.

"You look like shit."

"Oh, really? I hadn't noticed, sire."

Alastor knew it was a gamble speaking to the King of Hell like that, but he was never good at holding his tongue in situations like this. His temper was short, and he was already dying. The worst that could happen was the king speeding up the progress.

However, it seemed he was more amused then angered by the Overlord's sarcastic comment. Kneeling down in front of the sinner, the fallen angel discarded his jacket and pushed up the sleeves of his shirt.

Was he going to help him? What would someone as powerful as Lucifer Morningstar gain from saving a sinner like him? And how could Alastor even repay him for this? It would be a life debt and he hated being indebted to anyone.

The smaller man hadn't even touched him yet (not like Alastor was going to let him) and he already seemed concerned about his state. Biting into his own wrist, the king held out his arm to him, golden blood shimmering and running down his hand. Dripping onto the ground from his claws.

"Here."

This seemed.... familiar. Had this happened to him before? No. There's no way. Right...? However, Alastor could have sworn his reality had glitched for a moment or two.

For a brief moment, Alastor could swear that he was back in New Orleans. Sitting in a dirty alleyway he knew very well. A fuzzy image of someone crouched down in front of him with their arm outstretch to him.

"Hey. You need to drink this or else you'll die. Now isn't the time to zone out."

And drink from the king he did. Alastor would be a fool to let an opportunity like this slip by. After that, the sinner had been left all alone.

That blood had healed him right up and he was back to his old self in no time. Though he thought it wise to keep a low profile for the time being. Especially with being indebted to Lucifer Morningstar of all demons.

Alastor waited and waited for days, months, years for that debt to be collected. However, the devil never graced the deer demon with his presence. It left him feeling antsy.

How was he supposed to deal with this? It's not like he could just show up on the king's doorstep and demand for the fallen angel to let him prepay him for saving his life. Or could he?

That's how Alastor found himself watching the smaller demon. The more he watched him, the more fascinated (obsessed) he became.

Adam:

Adam didn't know when or he started doing this, but fuck, he couldn't stop. Sitting in his office alone, the first man was using his magic to spy on the man who made his living life a nightmare.

That little wife stealing motherfucker. If anyone asked, he just claimed it was for research purposes only. To help with the Exterminations. There were a couple of angels who didn't buy it, but it wasn't really an issue.

Lute, his partner in crime kept her comments to herself for the most part. Only speaking up if he spent too long watching the fallen angel or he let what he was viewing effect his mood and/or work.

Emily, the adorable Seraphim who reminded him way too much of pre-fall Lucifer, kept insisting that he care about the demon. Pfft! Please! As if! Then she had the crazy idea that Adam had a crush on Lucifer! Yeah right! There was no way!

And Sera. All she did was give him these looks and shake her head like she was disappointed in him. Judgmental bitch. Who cared what she thought anyways?

So what if Adam spent most of his free time watching over the loser? So what if seeing him all alone and sad stopped being funny and made the first man feel bad for the fallen angel?

Fuck. This could not be happening to him.

Pondering Sniper with his Emotional Support Scout (AU)

Modern+College AU speeding bullet

Both in their early transitional age (Scout is 19, Sniper is 22), they’ve already spent a handful of years, supposedly taking the steps to build their futures, but are they where they want to be? Are they going to where they want to be? Where is it anyways?

I just had the idea for a more grounded side to their story, slice-of-life in a coming-of-age setting, with themes of existentialism. I aged them down to make it work… Under cut for info dumps about these goobers 8)

Scout took a break right after high school, working for his family business (an unsuccessful one, ran by one of his oldest brothers). This used to be a summer job, a way to get extra money as a kid, but now he’s been a full time worker for 2.5 years, familial obligations exploiting him to stay, while being undermined by his narcissistic brother. He eventually gets out of it, but has to face the hurt from being used, and also the fact that he had to grow up so quickly as a kid (especially when he has to deal with the fallout caused by his Mom’s and Spy’s affairs. He and his Mom are in good terms, it’s just his Mom isn’t a good support system atm). Left to face the real world by himself, he tries to find a way to stabilize by himself, while trying to face his trauma (trauma from a missing father figure, and being treated as the black sheep of his family) as he finds a way to be more himself and be happy. He’s optimistic and responsible when the world calls for it, otherwise he’s most likely to test this new freedom (for better or worse). Eventually Spy comes around to try to reconnect with Scout, there’s no telling how Scout will cope with it when he’s in the midst his new-found freedom.

Sniper went straight to university, never once took a break from the school work, because he thinks that’s the only way to go about in life. He took up a program and career plan that was not right for him, but struggled his way through by retaking course’s countless of times, pulling off impossible all-nighters, etc. At some point he gave up, began to drop classes every semester, and finally quit the program. However, he started working somewhere in the industry he had been studying years for. He thought this could bring him forward, but it kept digging him a deeper grave. He’s a workaholic, impulsive, but lost. At a very young age, he was a subject of a tough custody battle between his neglectful biological parents (Lar-nah and Bill-bel), and his grandparents (who are Mr and Mrs Mundee in this AU). From that, his guardians want him to be better than his parents, and in return he strived for that. However, after giving up, he feels like a failure and is currently going through a period of depression. However, with the money he earned from his job, he wonders if he should take that road-trip he used to fantasize. He told himself doing this will help him find himself, but a part of him wonders if its just him trying to run away from something. Either way, he’s got a deal for a junk RV and he wants to renovate it!

After all that, Scout and Sniper meet, their lives are in the cross roads, and their relationship is a turning point as well. It feels like the world is moving faster than they can cope with, but can they find some respite in this new relationship together? DUN DUN DUUUN

Phew this was really fun to write! I really like their dynamic, romantic or not (idc). Them being the same age range inspired me to write this, because I know myself and some friends have gone through this similar experience aswell, and I just think its fun/interesting to explore that with they have in cannon.

SO AT LEAST! Gonna dump the WIPs for them and talk a bit about each one under the cut for the ones that find them curious x)

In order of date creation from older to new:

SCINTILLA: Kremzeek and main TFsona; I created her in a way that she can integrate into all types of AUs and continuities and interact with any types of characters of OCs! She actually has a reference + info [here].

PITHAYA: Ex-Predacon scout and now Autobot spy; a wild card in general, has an admirable skill that lets her imitate voices and sounds to a T, even recording pieces of audio in her memory. She is gremlin-coded. I created Pitha originally for shipping with Dinobot (failed many times to participate in the OCxCanon week for years... someday).

BACKFLIP: Started as an afterthought when going silly with a mutual's Botbots AU; he is the motorcycle of the "protagonist" and park guard Dave (yeah, THAT DAVE lmaooo). Flip is a daredevil and prankster but stupidly loyal to his hooman.

PATIENTIA: Ex-Decepticon Scientist who was part of a gestalt and after an "accidental" bombing to their lab headquarters, was the only survivor but left by her faction until the Autobots came to her rescue. She hates her alt. mode (an iron maiden) and prefers to act as a defensive wall for others. Obligatory Mamma Bear.

BELESPRY: Ex-Decepticon that had the role of intel gathered, her mind was always far away even if responsible so, defected and now enjoys hunting down and learning about organic alien fauna... and sometimes capturing it for other researchers, not always cybertronians. I created her to hang around TFA Lockdown because I can (but so far I haven't found a way to introduce her to any of the current AUs I share with other creative pals).

tell us about your medieval au‼️ (if you wanna :3)

In case anyone didn’t know, this is a direct result of me inputting these characters into The Sims Medieval, a game from 2011 (nice) that is WAY too chaotic for what it is. For those who haven’t played it, you can only have ten playable sims per file (sorry Olive and Claire) and all of them have different jobs and they go on quests together sometimes. They also cannot all be added at the same time, so I decided basically when I started this that what happened was that everyone got Umbrella Academy season 2’ed and have all just kind of been plopped in at a different time and left to fend for themselves. They all already know each other, they have been stolen directly from their books. So here is a list of everyone’s jobs, other sims I have added or plan to add as NPCs, and some shenanigans that have actually happened in this game.

Miss Peregrine - Monarch. All hail Lady Alma the Great. She is the queen and is the best queen in the kingdom of Peculiardom and also no one else is allowed to be in charge ever.

Jacob - Jacoban Priest. Yes that is what the religion is actually called, and yes that is why he had to be that. He fucking hates it. He hated being famous, imagine having the same name as the figurehead of an entire religion in a time period where people are more likely to at the VERY least call you a reincarnation and put you in charge of a church than call it coincidence. Because the Jacoban faith is the scary, “you will go to hell” of the two, I’ve decided it’s only considered “intense” because what Jacob actually does instead of preaching is trauma dump about Caul, and he was taken from his story early enough to not be able to do that without physically shaking.

Emma - Wizard. Only one of them was allowed to have their powers still and I decided Emma might die without hers.

Millard - Physicist. Because he’s the smart one.

Bronwyn - Peteran Priest. If the other church is going to be known for being “the nice one” of the two, Bronwyn’s being put in charge. Jacob and Bronwyn are the only two members of opposite religions to not despise each other and everyone else is incredibly confused.

Enoch - Spy. It was that or wizard. And Emma already took that one. So now he’s pretending to be really badass when in reality he’s in a private room in the castle smacking a training dummy with the flat part of his sword he is horrendous at using.

Horace - Blacksmith. The closest I could get to anything fashion related. He also hates it, but mostly because he’s a scrawny-ass twink (me too buddy it’s okay) and being a blacksmith takes muscle he does not have and also it’s messy and also Enoch gets to live at the castle and he doesn’t.

Olive (to be added) - Princess. I spent a full hour learning how to mod this incredibly breakable game because I learned I wasn’t going to be able to play as Olive and for some reason I guess people in medieval times just. Didn’t adopt children. So Olive gets to go with Miss Peregrine, because she deserves it.

Claire (to be added) - Princess. Same deal as Olive. The best princesses in all of Peculiardom. (I haven’t actually tested if the game even with the mods will let me give them both to Perekoo, so if not Olive can be the Princess and I’ll give Claire to Emwyn so she can be a Lil’ Prioress.)

Hugh - Bard. Just because I thought it fit. It was very unfortunate that they made him live in the tavern before I had Fiona though.

Fiona - Merchant. I wanted her to sell flowers.

Noor (to be added) - Knight. Being the only peculiar actually willing to be in the war, I thought it fit her pretty well.

Miss Cuckoo - Royal Advisor. Because the game’s tutorial immediately asked me if Miss Peregrine was a lesbian, and I knew what had to be done.

Julius (to be added) - Merchant. (The NPC kind.) Purely because @carmine-golde said I should add him so Enoch can have someone to absolutely despise.

Lilly - Nurse. Because I don’t think I can do Fughllard (sigh) and I’ve always really liked Lilly. So she can work with Millard.

Ricky (to be added) - Merchant. (Also the NPC kind.) Because there’s already a Merchant Ricky the game generated on its own, and I need to find him again and customize him so we can have Ricky back.

Now, a list of things that have actually happened in this save file, and may or may not be drawn at some point:

That time Enoch and Emma killed a man while Horace was maybe thirty feet away, an event I can only imagine sounded like “HEY BABE WATCH THIS” CRUNCH

Millard walking into Bronwyn’s sermon to say hi to her and Emma, then leaving the millisecond he realized it was church

Jacob’s sermons being entirely composed of treating the congregation like a therapy group (Hugh and Enoch show up sometimes for moral support)

Emma needing to heal the big magical deadly pit beast (sound familiar?) and Jacob’s quest line literally being titled “And I’m involved in this… how?”

Enoch doing half a spy mission hungover, which was entirely Horace’s fault

That time Millard was flirted with by five separate women and still didn’t get the hint

Enoch being put in the stocks twice for failing to pickpocket somebody unnoticed, the second time after drinking an invisibility potion that was still active

That time Miss Peregrine said in the game itself, after receiving a bird as a gift, “When I was a kid I wanted to be a bird when I grew up. This is the next best thing!” (Miss P I’m so sorry)

Emma and Bronwyn kissing completely unprompted

Enoch and Horace spending multiple hours kissing completely unprompted when they had actual things they needed to be doing and also were very much in public

Hugh playing the lute while people were being shoved into the death pit

Enoch being very bad at using a sword. At this point I’m convinced he doesn’t even use the sharp bit of the blade I think he just beats the shit out of people with the flat edge like a baseball bat

Emma walking up to Miss Cuckoo and completely unapologetically apologizing for fireballing a guy in the face (he was fine)

Fiona walking up to Enoch at the war strategy table (where he literally ALWAYS is) and him immediately telling her about the people he tortures information out of for his job

This might be such a silly question and I'm sorry to bother you with it but I saw you answer the ask about the Soulmate Mark!AU and now I'm curious; I know you don't really read or write those kinds of AUs but I was thinking about writing one myself and just wanted to ask what you think the McCall pack (or even just Theo and Liam) would have in a wings!au or a daemon!au? As for wings, I can imagine Theo having some utterly ruined and ragged wings that are missing feathers and patchy with scars in some places that slowly heal over as he joins the McCall pack. For the daemon!au could also see Liam having something like a golden retriever (Liam coded) but also a pitbull or another typically dog bread thats not actually so viscous but is treated that way (IED coded), and I can also imagine Theo having one thing as a child but it unsettled (changed form when it shouldn't during times of great stress or trauma) during his time with the Dread Doctors only to resettle into something entirely different after the skinwalkers prison. I don't know, I'm sorry to dump this on you especially because it's not something you enjoy but you've always got such great thoughts and even if I don't even up writing it I'm sure someone might..... sorry

I will be 100% honest, I am not familiar with what Wings!AU’s even are. But going off of context clues, it seems like a type of story where people have wings that reflect who they are as people? If that’s the case, then I think your idea for Theo having ragged and scarred wings that heal would definitely work—that would track with how I generally see his arc. I could also see him having mechanical wings, especially very steampunk-y. He was an experiment, he was made in a lot of ways. It’s possible that something could have happened to his original wings, or that the Doctors thought they could “improve” them. I think it could be especially interesting if they were mechanical but also designed to look organic.

Or—and this just occurred to me—the wings could be his chimeric half. To really crank up the angst factor, they could be, y’know, his sister’s. 😬

As for the daemon!AU—this one I admit I get! I loved the Golden Compass series. I like your idea for Liam’s, I think that makes a lot of sense—something that seems dangerous, and can be, but whose nature isn’t necessarily to be. Theo is harder. I like your idea a lot of Theo having one thing only for it to start changing again during his time with the Doctors (though admittedly, I can’t remember what the theoretical age range is for daemons settling, and he may have been to young prior). I am also taken with the idea of it never settling, either because of the trauma, or out of a deliberate effort—either Theo’s or the Doctors’. It would fit into him being a spy—being able to change to his shape at will—and also into the whole “unnatural” bit about who and what he is. In that vein, I’d have to admit I’m torn as to whether I like the idea of it ever settling—I’m kind of taken with the idea that it doesn’t, and Theo learns to accept and appreciate that part of himself—or it does settle, and that’s the sign of his beginning to heal.

i was reading the au where where we pretend acosf doesn’t happen fic on ao3 - lol is there another title? - primarily because i saw you mentioned in a post that it has nesta living in spring, and i’m really liking it so far and maybe i’ll eat my words soon, but at this point i can’t help but wish they had more of a friendship? don’t get me wrong, man did some things wrong, and nesta giving him a good dressing down would be the ultimate act of retribution lol but i also can’t help but feel like a lot of the anger/hatred is misplaced? surely if everyone can excuse and forgive rhysand the same courtesy should be extended to tamlin? and like, yeah, hybern cauldron etc but he really didn’t know that would happen? and he tried to stop it? and it was rhysand who failed to protect them at that point? plus, tamlin isn’t simply a man nursing a heartbreak, he’s someone who tried to do the right thing or at least wanted to, who had it all blow up in his face and is now left with nothing, also forced to deal with all the trauma he has been putting off dealing with for possibly his whole life? i don’t know .. i literally just wanted to ask if the fic had another title so i could tell you what a grip it’s had on me (unfortunately for the essay in meant to be writing) but then i got overcome by tam tam thoughts lol

Tamlin was working with Hybern for a few months and acted as spy during that time to gain intel. Rhys did it to protect a select few but there was no indication it would stop. No indication that he was also looking for the mortal woman to stop the curse. If Feyre never existed, he'd have carried on in Amarantha's pocket.

In AU ACOSF, Nesta gets dumped over the border because Beron is after her and Tamlin vouches for her. They develop this mutual respect of "we don't really like each other but we care about this court so we will live with each other". I liked what I did! Maybe others did lmao.

The Bidwell comic was supposed to continue with Hale and Bidwell talking, and then Bidwell asks Hale what he's going to do now, then Hale says he's gonna find his ex. His ex Maggie. Who he dated for a long time. And then when Hale leaves Bidwell sobs and the 'and just like that, he lost everything' replays. Yeah I think they gay. (also sorry for the sad my brain can only make sad stories) The painting isn't Emesis Blue, I just tried to draw Spy and Soldier in casual clothes, and, well, they came out looking like Emesis Blue lol. Real reason it's likely not gonna get finished is cause of all those buildings, and their thousands of windows. That would all need to be rendered. Then the mall goths series I also lost steam for right at the end, but hey I think everyone's outfits came out pretty good! The tarot thing I wanted to continue but lost motivation for, plus I have no idea who/what Judgement would be. The last two are from my Elden Ring au, first one being Soldier finding where Engie ended up and the second being the background for a conversation between Medic and D, which ended up not happening girl Fromsoft make characters that aren't difficult to draw challenge (impossible).
