— broccoli head you let rot in the fridge for a week (salvagable. not that bad actually)

— penne pasta (could be any other pasta penne is just my favourite)

— cook those two things. obviously. then smash up the broccoli and mix it with the pasta. yumm

— now comes the fun part! add pepper and basil to your taste

— sourcream and pesto rosso next and a lot of mixing

— now eat :-) yumm yum yum
