Why did my goddaughter hand me her ukulele earlier and I nearly launched straight into the toxic gossip train 💀
#i knew she (a three year old) and her mom (mostly offline) wouldn’t get the reference so i didn’t#but i so badly wanted to#instead i sang about the anxiety dream i had last night#basically i dreamt i was at work and we’d started serving alcohol lol and i was totally by myself behind the counter#and someone came in and ordered ‘collagen and mead’#and i had to be like ‘i’m not sure what collagen is but i don’t think it’s a drink. and we don’t serve mead’#she settled on an oat milk latte instead which was actually worse#baristas know.#i’d rather have gone out into the street and tried to find collagen and mead#the song was mostly just me narrating this and then harmonising ‘collagen and mead’ until my goddaughter took the ukulele from me#and made me play with blocks. but anyway. that happened#personal
