Ghost of her Mother [Kaito & Suki Saima]

"Oh dear, so much has changed since the last shinobi war. I am hoping my babies are alright. Though, are you alright? That was close." A beautiful woman was standing in front of Kaito but she had her hands in a fighting position taking down a few clones clone that was trapped in water. Her familiar silver chakra was very heavy but deadly surrounding her body.

She has familiar water blue eyes, same skin tone as Hanoka, Kiyoshi, and Miyuki. Her black hair was long but she had two silver braids. She wore glasses as well but wearing the last thing she had before she passed. "Young man?" a reanimated woman was named Suki Rose Saima said softly who crossed paths with him during the 4th Ninja War. The same time his father crossed paths with Hanoka.

"This chakra I'm sensing, it's dangerous. I must quickly investigate and send a report to the others," Kaito decided as he raced towards the source. Everyone was too busy fighting to probably notice, so it was his job to update them with intel as a chakra sensor.

"This is, that's impossible..." He barely managed to dodge a strike as he hopped back, shocked at seeing the woman before him. She was familiar, too familiar. They were in the middle of battle, but she was showing him care like a mother would. There was no mistake, especially hearing of her passing, and how much Hanoka grived from it.

"You were reanimated to fight in this war, yet your kindness still speaks despite your actions," Kaito stated, his face showing mixed emotions.

"You really are, Hanoka's mother, aren't you?"

Ghost of his Father [Masato & Hanoka]

“Are you alright, young lady? You look like you’ve seen a ghost.” // from Kaito’s father, a reanimated Masato Akimoto, Hanoka crosses paths with him during the 4th Ninja War.

Hanoka's eyes were wide hearing this man speak but she looks to him being quiet. She was unsure on what to say about this but somehow he looked familiar. The same features and the same gentle look in his eyes. Was this.......

"I...I'm fine b..but...a..aren't you..." she didn't know how to respond to this while trying to stay calm about it.

"Yes, I wish we could have met under better circumstances, Miss Hanoka Saima," the man replied. He looked like an older Kaito, but his eyes were black-grey.

"I was resurrected to turn the tide of battle to the enemy's favour, with my chakra sensing, I could assassinate any of the important pieces on your side and lower morale," he explained before he could be forced to stop talking. Then again, it seemed the jutsu caster might be so arrogant as not to even care if Masato spilled any intel on himself.

"I know it is unfair to put such a burden on a young kunoichi like yourself, but you must stop me, right here and now," Masato told her. Though it was also his way of redeeming himself, even now, still feeling the guilt for not being able to protect Hanoka's mother back then.

With his clan's specialised chakra sensing, he could tell that his son Kaito was already fighting Hanoka's mother Suki. As much as the reunion could give them closure, they could not meet under such circumstances in the middle of a war, he guessed that was what the enemy was counting on.

"You, knew my mother?" Kaito wondered, surprised at the familiarity. Though his parents kept a tight lid on who they knew due to their links to the ANBU, it was nice to know they still had friends in the background.

"I see, that's too bad, even for someone as powerful as yourself," he said sadly, he was hoping there was a limit to the reanimation somehow hopefully to do with her immense chakra being about to break out. But really, he just didn't want to be the one to have to seal Hanoka's mother.

"I will make this quick, for your sake too!" Kaito told Suki before they started fighting, he could only imagine the agony of watching as her body was being controlled like that. Her chakra was so immense it changed the landscape in an instant, Kaito could even compare what he was sensing to a tailed beast, so he was glad he just had to seal her.

Suki broke through his snow clones quickly, which turned to snow to immobilise her feet. Kaito was barely able to summon his staff to block the palm strike, but the force was more than enough to send him back and slamming into a tree.

"Her power, it's incredible..." he realised with a cough, it was really too risky to take her head on, he'd need at least two clones on standby to keep himself safe. So he spun his staff around some before pinning it to the ground in front of him, then weaved hand signs.

"Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!"

Kaito took the chance to have that great blast of wind cover up the fact he resummoned his snow clones, and used some of the snow to create snowflakes shuriken that would spin towards Suki from behind.

Suki said nothing but she looks worried even if she was trying not to cry. She figures it was due to being brought back like this. It was...a painful meet up.

"S..so it is you. Oh my...look how you grown..I know your mother would be so happy to see that her baby grown up to a fine young man." She looks gently at him but blinks hearing the situation.

"....Control?.....I have some control but..I also feel another source of Chakra within my own body and blended into mine. It seems because of that...the reanimation has given me not much.." she mutters.

Suki knew of this jutsu; the reanimation jutsu. Her friend back in her old village told her about this. Even her ex husband too. She knew of the side effects becoming killing machines under someone like puppets. She didn't like this feeling since it was like someone was suffocating her with disturbing chakra. Suki looks at him sadly but she wonders of his parents then.....what of his mother? And his father?

"......Kaito.." she was about to speak but sees him create two snow clones to back him up. However, she looks at him before holding her hands up. "..I really don't wish to fight you....I can't...I promised them...I..." as she speaks, her voice drops to look silent before she started getting in a fighting position.

That's when her water blue eyes suddenly changed to her clan's kekki genkai: the Yosogan. Right away, a massive wave of heavy chakra comes from her that some around the area felt it.

The area then started growing colder, ice cold that she steps forward showing some crystalized ice forming. Right away, she jumps to dash towards him that two ice spears stab right through the snow clones as she was deadly fast, being right in front of Kaito with silver chakra around her hand and palm. She was about to strike him right in the chest!

Shinji and Sena? Those were one of his parents’ many aliases, so it must be her. Kaito was there for Hanoka’s mother’s passing, and she did talk about her fondly, but also about what she inherited from her, though not in much detail. Kaito’s appearance would be recognisable, he looked like his father, but with his mother’s eyes.

“Yes, I am Kaito Akimoto,” he confirmed, this really was a bad situation, though it would have been worse if Hanoka had found her instead. “How much control do you have over your body and speech?”

He had realised that the reanimation jutsu had varying effects on people, some had their personalities intact, others just became emotionless killing machines like puppets. It might depend on the shinobi and chakra, because he knew how strong Hanoka’s mother was. Which made him realise, there was a chance his ANBU parents were on the battlefield too. Still, he had to face the person in front of him, even if he’d rather not.

“Please forgive me, but I will be sealing you soon, Lady Saima,” Kaito declared apologetically, weaving hand signs to create two snow clones to back himself up. At this point, it was better to fight defensively and observe her first, as the war battles would continue even after he sealed her.

Suki blinks to lower her arms but her water blue eyes looks to Kaito even with her calm, her chakra was bursting at the seams. A over flow just like the river. It was heavy enough to make anyone keep away from her.

"........I..Y..Yes. E..even if I'm not one to show violence. One has to fight to protect what they cherish the most." she speaks softly and yet, it was very kind. That's when her eyes slowly widen hearing one of her daughter's name.

"Well, y..yes. I'm her.....mother but how did you..." she speaks softly yet sounded confused. Who was this man and how did he know her baby? However, she looks to him only to get a better look at him but her own eyes softly widen. However it made her remember.

"Oh my he's so beautiful. He looks just like you and Shinji." Suki smiled in this memory seeing a baby Kaito in the blanket. She saw him holding his mother's finger while another woman in the same room smiled gently holding her new born son.

"Yes he is. And it seems your twins are just as beautiful Suki." she sees a sleeping Kiyoshi in one blanket but another baby that was Hanoka who was gently reaching for her mother. The two females smiled at their babies but looks at one another to laugh.

"By the way, what did you wish to name them? Didn't you think of a name for them?" Sena asked that Suki smiled to look at her twins.

"I know I would name the boy Kiyoshi Saima and the girl Hanoka Saima....I know Miyuki will be so happy being a big sister." she smiled that Sena smiled.

"Hanoka and Kiyoshi. What beautiful names."

"Though, what of you? What will you name the baby boy?" she asked as Sena looks to softly smile. "..Kaito. Kaito Akimoto." she said kissing his cheek as he was resting in the blanket.

Suki remembers that memory but she only looks at Kaito in front of her. He has grown hasn't he? She remembers her friends but Sena was her child hood best friend. A really close friend that helped and stayed by her side despite being a third born child. She even stood up for her when others looked down on Suki due to her dangerous flow of unstable silver chakra.

".........You......you're Shinji and S...Sena's son. Your Katio a..aren't you?" she said softly.
