Hey. So. It's been a. while.

So, if you haven't noticed, I literally evaporated for two weeks straight without any clarification on why or sign of actually being alive, unlike my last two week disappearance. Unfortunately, this unexpected evaporation does not come with a big "ooh more trauma more lore and angst for scara" thing.

This just happens to be my goodbye post.

I know, it's weird and kind of rude for me to dip for two weeks and then reappear like "hey fuckers im QUITTING hAHaA". Buuuut not only was my dad being annoying and hogging my laptop, I also barely have had time to myself for the past weeks. New family members have been introduced into my life, so now I have double the amount of little siblings to look after. (from 3 to 6. dont ask "how" thats a personal thing). juggling that with school, social stuff, fucking exams which are coming up in 3 months of my gOD, and other even more personal demons that I've been battling, its been. a lot.

SO, to make sure I do not pull the same move as Scaramouche did on the last day of his sakurarealm torture(iykyk), I'm taking a leave from tumblr. Don't know how long I'll be gone, don't know if I'll ever be back, but I didn't just wanna quit without at least telling you guys so you don't think I've been murdered or something.

On a more serious note, thank you all for all of the support and love you've given Scara and all my other blogs. While some of you are a handful, the majority of you are actually the sweetest and silliest community of people I've ever known. I hope you all have excellent lives.

Now, as for what happens to Scara, we're shoving him in another coma. which is entirely at the mercy of Wanderer's mod, because they're my friend outside of tumblr too and i trust that they'll use this as a major angst moment. Put an F for Cyrille and Scara guys

Shrimp

Ok so Shrimp is public enemy #1 and I love him. He's the funny little guy you see on your loading screen during the game who you don't think much of until eventually you find an asylum on one of the floors of the Upturned Inn and oops! Shrimp is there! And you need to free him to progress, which Ik is alarmed by even though you can also just tell him you didn't see/free Shrimp. You can put a collar on this little guy to make him look snazzy, despite how little he's with you. On the floors where he's friendly he kind of just follows you around, so you get to have a little buddy for parts of the game! He's basically just your pet dog who may or may not be severely dangerous. And by may or may not I mean a definite yes he is, because he turns aggressive when he gets especially hungry. He can eat the food objects scattered around, though, so that's avoidable! He can also stay with you for nice little elevator rides, which does concern Ik, but it works out! until he starts trying to attack you but if you don't feed your dog then I don't care if it attacks you [additional propaganda 1]

There have been…many shenanigans that have happened, with Lune and Dawn so often fighting (sibling love and all that) and Dawn in general being a bit of a jerk

He likes to annoy the others in the GC, Especially Twilight (tho he also will try to tease and bother Daylight despite them being friends, they're friends that annoy each other XD)

So this can lead to Dawn sometimes taking teasing and jokes too far OR them completely backfiring on him or having the opposite affect

Lune is also a bit of a gremlin, he likes to bother Dawn mostly tho, ands more lightheartedly playful with the others (….unless you count them punting things at Dawn which..has gotten them banned from a few places and….and Dawn has gotten booted from a few places himself for wearing inappropriate apparel :' D)

There's a soft ban at Twilight's work for Dawn to not go there unless its important and to not annoy him at work (the others can come and go as they please tho.)

BUT probably to everyone's agreement (asides Twilight's)the worst situation they've been in is……literally anything to do with Twilight's Dream Eater plush, they all swear the things haunted (Dawn the most vocal about his hatred of the thing, while the others mostly suffer in silence, it just…..gives off really bad vibes, something about it makes them feel bone deep unsettled, except Twilight.)

He loves the thing, its a cosmic horror plush AND it keeps nightmares away, he has no clue what they're talking about, and no it totally doesn't move around the house, i put it there so it could chill in the room with me.

So so so the one's I had in mind when I saw that post are these three goobers:

Brooke (she/her) the one with the curly hair, Tisha (she/they) the one in the hijab, and Avery (they/them) striped sweater.

They call themselves the BATs (Brooke, Avery, Tisha)

There is something. so wrong with all of them (/aff) and that is quite literally the plot gfjdkhgf

They all attend this school together which essentially is a school for people who've been shunted by society because where they live discrimination is like MEGA BAD like somehow worse than it currently is. So for their own safety they enroll there.

Brooke has ADHD and is the silliest one of all of them she can and will commit arson for funsies. Here last name is Lynne but she always introduces herself with her middle name instead (as 'Brooke Amanda') because she's sick and tired of being called 'Brooke Lynne'. Tisha holds the groups braincell and is the voice of reason. They also love painting and she's aroace <3. Avery is so special actually they and Brooke have a 'we like each other but we're not ready for a relationship so we just vibing' thing going on and they are Brooke's partner in crime for whatever hijinks she gets upto. Also they are a lesbian <3

RANDOM BITS FROM MY RANTING DOC ABOUT THEM:

Tisha keeps both her paints and Brooke's nail polish collection because Brooke can't be trusted with fragile things

If Tisha is hungry when they grab morning drinks, she gets a croissant and Brooke can and will say it with an atrocious french accent every time

Brooke: Rules are just loose suggestions

Avery considered using glitch pronouns at one point

Tisha is mildly allergic to plastic, gets itchy if she touched it too long. So she makes custom little grips and stuff for their pens :D

Brooke has way too high of an allowance for her own good and binge buys oil paints for Tisha. She's also the one who got her to try watercolour after accidentally buying the wrong type of paint the first time.

Tisha is the kind of person to get revenge by reminding the teacher about homework when they know the person she's mad at hasn't done it.

Brooke and Avery turn to Tisha for work help all the time, except maths. That's Avery's thing.

Brooke's the person you go to when you need something suspicious without any questions asked.
