Anxiety goes crazy I keep feeling like I'm gonna throw up because it tells me that the dentist is gonna Kill Me when I go in bc of my teeth.
#ramblings#emetophobia#every time after a dentist appt i go `ok heres where i finally lock in a good habit of brushing my teeth. and then i do it for like 2 weeks#before something disrupts it and i forget. the dental hygenist is gonna tell me `hey u need to brush your teeth more` for the like#billionth time and im just gonna go `ok sorry ill kill myself` liek JGDFNSJK god i feel Bad abt my dental hygiene#MY TEETH ARENT EVEN THAT BAD LIKE THE WORST IS THAT I HAVE SOME STAINING BC I LIKE DRINKS AND AM#BAD ABT BRUSHING MY TEETH AT THE FREQUENCY RECOMMENDED#i still have whitening strips im just scared to use them#literally got sensodyne to see if thatd make my bottom teeth less sensitive while using them but just. havent after starting#the sensodyne. bc im scared of it hurting again
