If we're talking about venting, ngl I'm kinda surprised you haven't been all on about the side stories/ whatever they use instead of social links in P3R looking to be prime flanderization territory given Atlus's track record and that P3R is being made without the original team

Now I thought the episodes were in addition to the SLs........them outright replacing....oh dear. TT0TT Judging from the screenshots I've seen, it feels like it's just in addition to (since I've seen some scenes form SLs). (tbf I've been only looking at trailers and some other stuff in passing....P3R has just been disappointing each time I look at it that I'm having about as minimal contact at the advertising as Refan...

The diff between Refan and this is, I don't really know the lore of Refan so I'm just gonna go into it blind rather than theorizing like I did with P5 (and earlier P5 era spinoffs). P3R is....well......what can I theorize? "Oh FeMC is gonna be in it as a new SL trust me guys"? TT0TT Like it's P3. We know P3. We aren't given too much new info about them, esp Strega related ones (are we getting a new Strega ending Altus????? Oh god please that'd be fun)

I can't really theorize the dungeon, it's fucking Tartarus. Like am I getting Vision Quest or not? That's all I want to know and can care about (cause you removed so many other elements >_>). Like, as much as I like going through Tar as a gameplay loop, and how much I HATE Palaces/Jail both how they are handled in story and going through it on a gameplay loop..... Palaces/Jail have A LOT more I can work with to analyze (even if it's just a rant). I can really only analyze Tar on the basis of irl mythos, which is fun but ends at some point. P4/5 related dungeons have a lot more as it's a means to dive into a char's psyche. (hell, I bet Abyss of Time has more depth than Tar TT0TT I can at least analyze parts of it with certain corresponding chars).

But trust me, I'm already preparing for it when it drops.

The thing I'm gunning for the throat tho is if/how the SLs change. I just want a friend option Altus c'mon orz
