anxiety on max. doesn't help that i've been nauseous and feeling phantom quakes ever since
#tbf i've been nauseous for a couple of days already since the seismological crisis began#ką sako lapė#the real tantalizing bit? i was given sedatives to take before bed if i feel anxious like this so that my sleep meds have a chance to work#but i was warned they're Strong and i don't want to be Strongly Medically Asleep right now in case i gotta go#cool thanks!#what's the saint against earthquakes again. not catholic just asking for a friend#and i love that everyone else seems much less fazed than i am#some of my friends admittedly forgot abt it after moving on with their days#i can't fathom how like it wasn't anything destructive but it was for sure the strongest since the Big Big One in 1980#confirmed by my mom and aunt who lived thru it#it's just freaking me out. i've done everything i can to prepare and now it's just trying to move on yet i can't#hate being so weak mentally and physically
