Update: My sister asked me what was on my arm. I thought huh what? Fearing it was an insect. I of course forgot again...
Update: It took between 22 & 25 days to fully recover. It is finally completely gone

oh, very general emotions, it's not very Specific i'd think. cool colors correlate with cool emotions - like a frosty blue would mean he's feeling frigid, yk yk
#warm colors - like a nice red or gold or orange - would mean he's Feeling warm#im not explaining what i have in my head very well!#so like if he's off to the side and smoking#and the smoke is warmly colored#everyone will understand that hes in a good mood! he's very approachable! he's feeling Affection perhaps!#but if he's exhaling blue#everyone will understand that he needs some space & time to himself#rambles from the bog#wh fantasy au#it can be hard to tell sometimes#since in my mind the smoke - no matter the original color when breathed out - will quickly fade into pinks/purples#gotta focus on the base color! gotta pay attention!#so a nice orange-red would be all the way at the 'good mood' end of the spectrum#while icy/sky blues are at the other#i mean there is variation#like purple-pinks can mean he's feelin a bit mischievous or sly i suppose#gold can be energetic while yellow-green can mean he's feeling uncomfortable#blue-green could be worry/concern!#reds/pinks tend to be a bit more flirtatious - with red more on the earnest side while pink is more uh. playful?#it all blends into each other i imagine...#kinda gotta get a feel for the nuances#i wonder if barnaby would notice? if no one pointed it out i mean

I dyed and cut my hair babyyyyy 💙💙💙
#mejo me#rant#hair#blue hair#fyi to my fellow hair dye nerds: the color is manic panic shocking blue because i heard it has a purple base in the mix and (hopefully)#fades purple then lavendar or pink. which would be nice cause lavendar and pink fade back to blonde#which would mean WAY less work to go blonde again later#i did atomic turqouise before and that color lol turned pastel sea foam green and never came out#(altho now in my experiences lol since? id say if it goes green i could probs fix it with extra peach pink dye to tone it out)#anyway its a real pretty true blue color right now!#it turned my roots this gteyish blue black and the rest a very royal true blue#i tested 2 colors and manic panic after midnight had a greenish tint. versus this one. this shocking blue i put over slightly golden level#10 and 8 blonde and it turned out perfect#and the cut was hshdhr i truly am shocked it worked. it was the 2 ponytail wolfcut thing i told yall i tried#worked quite well

Science should unlock the tech for us to be able to make hair naturally grow out in whatever colour we want, and then insurance should cover it as gender-affirming ngl

Three fun facts about me! o(^▽^)o
1. I play three different instruments! In order of proficiency: Piano, Ukulele, and Ocarina! I’m also learning guitar and violin! though out of all music things singing is my favorite haha! (I also play kazoo and ottamatone but both of those are just for the memes heh)
2. I’ve been playing dungeons and dragons since I was 11! I learned at hacker camp and went back home bursting with energy at the idea of getting to wield magic and go on adventures with my friends! Been playing regularly since then and it’s led to meeting so many fascinating people world wide I never would have otherwise! Including my best friend!
And finally 3! I have dyed my hair 11 times! (Not counting touch ups) it’s been pink 6 times (including currently!) purple 2 times and blue three! (Does blue count if it always turns out greenish gray? /silly)

[tattoo by jenny arcus in wellington, aotearoa new zealand] sat for just over 9 hours of tattooing yesterday to have this done 😵💫 the influence of john gaius’s weird macabre laurel crown is probably obvious, but i’ve also always wanted a wreath as long as i’ve been being tattooed, so i combined them.
#i provided a reference of one of my john portraits and jenny suggested the colour fade from green to a translucent-ish purple#i honestly couldn’t be happier with it 🥺#tattoos#tlt#john gaius#she also suggested filling the gap between branches with a stylised version of his eye 👀#which was my original idea for a tattoo but i just couldn’t figure out placement#i guess i’ll see how atn goes and think about it for my next visit 😅
