ABOUT RAYMOND

Raymond, affectionately called Ray, has always been a pretty hard worker. Frankly with his family size, he didn’t have any choice but to be one. Being the eldest of 6 younger siblings, Raymond did his best to be a role model for them. Even if it meant dropping out of school, to make sure that they all finished. Living on the water, Ray did develop a love of fishing. As a way to make extra money, he hosted boat tours up and down the water, would supply people with fishing poles and bait, then at the end of the journey cook up whatever was caught. For a while, it was a great way to provide for his family. Until the family boat broke down, doing his best to fix it up, Ray provides for his family in whatever way he can, even if some of those means are a little sketchier than others. Still living now on the land his family owns, Ray lives out of a converted trailer. Not needing a whole lot in life, he is content to live outside the city, where the stars shine the brightest. Now if only he can channel his work ethic and his love of the stars, toward actually getting an education and going to school. Fulfill his dream of wanting ot be among the stars.

Ray has taught himself to play a few different instruments, one of them being the banjo. The other being the accordion. But, his favorite is the saxophone. More often than not, he’ll spend nights outside his van, with a bonfire going, playing sweet jazz music to the stars.

The princess is found by the Empress in a precarious position ; and it's not the sensual kind that was becoming more common between them. Liselotte never played pretty, and here she was, proving this with her skirts squirreled up and away in her hands, taking less than careful steps into the mud. The pond was proving to be a difficult opponent to wade through, and Liselotte let out a loud laugh at Emily's comment.

You should never judge a book by its cover, because on paper Charlotte seems as shallow as a kiddie pool and as interesting as a rock. Always overlooked by her over feminine appearance, always underestimated as a ‘dumb blonde’. People only ever saw the product, the La Bouff painted perfect heiress, with money to burn and parties to host. Rich, spoiled and ditzy, never thinking for herself. However on closer inspection, had people bothered to look past the false persona, to take the time to get to know her, they would meet the real Lottie. The loyal best friend of over twenty years, the hopeless romantic yearning to be swept off her feet, the intelligent and strategic entrepreneur that knew more than she let on. The woman who deep down, still wishes on stars and dandelions for a happy ending. It is true that Lottie would cross oceans and mountains for the people she cares about, and for her entire life was always giving away parts of herself to anyone who needed it. As resilient as she lets on to be, there is an unguarded heart beneath her bimbo exterior, aching to truly love someone, to give them every single ounce of herself --- her real self --- that she has. Calling all Disney lovers!

I am offering a dark disney universe!

When the villains finally got fed up with the magic and pleasure, happy endings and fairytales, they concocted a plan to ruin everybody's happiness. With the help of Chernobog, the entire magical land was placed under a dark curse. Everyone was sent to the real world, an island just off the coast of New York. They have no memories of their past and they all are trapped in a mental institution with no hope of happiness or escape.

The Fantasmic Institute is an 18+ discord roleplay server, leaning into darker themes. We’re looking for literate adult roleplayers who want to put their favourite disney (and disney adjacecent) characters through the wringer!

We do not use skeletons. Your characters are based entirely on what you want to make them. You pick your Disney counterpart and your faceclaim, along with how they identify. You’ll also be able to write up the false backstory your character was given when the curse brought them to the institute.

We’re crossover friendly! Though this is primarily a disney based server, if you can fit your character into the disney world they could be accepted!

10+ years of roleplay experience. also tumblr-exclusive. no discord, sorry.

mature/prose writing style. i can do short as well as multi-para/novella. i can get a little lengthy at times, but hopefully that won't deter any interest.
