Got banana leaf rice for dinner today (huge helping - that dried crispy salt chilli side was straight up moldy but everything else was alright) and with it a new drink to try called kulukki sarbath. holy fuck its amazing??? basil seeds, green chillies, sugar, salt, lime juice, fresh ginger and a load of ice. so refreshing
