saw a post that made me think of this but i’m not adding it bc i don’t want to derail but. i think we should approach the “no kink at pride” crowd more of what they actually probably are. kids/younger people who still view sex as a scary/gross thing. and tell them that when ur part of a community as diverse as the lgbt+ community ur going to see things that make u a bit uncomfy!! things that make u go ummm…. but that those people have just as much as a right to exist as u do. but mostly we gotta realize that these are people who are probably uncomfortable with themselves on some level. source: i used to be a “no kink at pride!!!!” person until i Grew Up a bit more
