Noah had always been my little idea of magic. warm brown eyes, and an unforgettable smile, he was the kind of person who could light up a room just by walking in. At 6’3”, he towered over me, but the safety and warmth he wrapped around me were what kept me grounded. We had been together for nearly a year now, and every day felt like a new chapter in a thrilling novel, filled with bends, turns, and unexpected revelations.

Today, however, felt rather ordinary. I was deep in the trenches of organizing files in the studio while the band was busy tinkering away in the other room. They were working on their next big album, a project that had them buzzing with creative energy. I enjoyed the quiet of the studio. I loved the smell of the paper, old and new; the ambient sounds of instruments scattered around the room; even the scent of a leftover coffee that lingered in the air from earlier had its charm.

Suddenly, I heard the murmur of voices rising in conversation and laughter. A few moments later, they faded into the background, and silence fell over the studio once more. I paid it little mind, consumed by an arrangement of lyrics and chord progressions I was sorting through. After all, it wasn’t unusual for the band to take breaks or go out for lunch on a whim.

Yet, something felt off. I checked my watch and noticed that it was far later than I thought. I left the files I was working on and decided to step outside for a moment, eager to catch Noah and the band before they headed out.

As I moved into the main room, I quickly realized that The space was empty, and my heart sank. I hurried to the window, peering outside, and sure enough, they were piling into their van. A wave of disappointment washed over me like ice water. They had mentioned going for lunch earlier, but I thought I’d obviously be invited. I felt hurt and little forgotten.

I turned back to the cluttered studio, my stomach twisting uncomfortably. This wasn’t the first time their immersion into work had caused them to neglect telling me something crucial. And for Noah not to come and get me? That hurt more than I’d like to admit.

“Guess I’ll just eat later,” I mumbled to myself, glancing back at the files waiting for me. I sat down, but the paperwork felt heavy and unyielding, just like the sudden weight in my chest.

Meanwhile, Noah was in the van, but as he turned to look for you, He counted the heads: there was everyone, except for you.

“Wait—where’s Y/N?” he asked, frowning as he watched the front door, half-hoping to see you walk out. When his gaze fell on the door that should have been swinging open, uncertainty washed over him. The laughter from his bandmates faded into background noise as a sinking realization grew. He’d forgotten to grab You.

“Hey, guys. Hold on a second,” he called out, acknowledging his bandmates as he threw open the door, racing back into the studio. He found you hard at work, but the moment you looked up, he saw it in your eyes—a hurt that took his breath away.

“Baby?” he said softly, and the tone of his voice instantly made me feel like a fragile glass sculpture—a delicate thing he could accidentally shatter.

I forced a smile, but it didn’t quite reach my eyes. “Hey.”

His small smile dropped as he approached me, enveloping me in a warm embrace without hesitation. I leaned into him, seeking comfort. “I’m so sorry sweet girl, I thought you were coming with us. I didn’t realize you weren’t in the room with us, I thought you were right behind me.” he murmured, pressing a gentle kiss to the top of my head.

I closed my eyes, relishing the safety of his presence, but the sadness still lingered at the edges of my mind. “I know, it’s fine. It’s not a big deal, I guess, but I just wanted to be with you.”

“No it’s not fine. I feel like such an ass. I always want you with me.” he smiled, pulling away to hold my face in his hands, his brown eyes searching mine. He pressed another soft kiss to my lips. “You and I are going on a lunch date. Just the two of us.”

I couldn’t help but smile a little. “But you were all ready to eat with the guys…”

“Nope,” he insisted, shaking his head. “I wanna spend time with just you. I see those idiots enough.”

With that, he took my hand and led me out of the house, feeling the warmth of his laughter begin to thaw my lingering disappointment.

4/9.♡ I got to spend the entire day with my best friend. 👯‍♀️

🐣 I love Keii. You’re probably gonna hear me say that a lot cause I do LOL this was such a good day!? 🐳 And JUST the distraction I needed!!!

🌼 We went and sat at a cafe that’s home to my fav coconut coffee AND my fav Vietnamese coffee! I tend to get 1 tried & true drink and 1 new drink because I have no self control on my coffee anyway. 🤷 The new one I tried was good but way too sweet. Old me woulda loooved it but new me? (real coffee drinker me 💁) can’t hang! I was curious as to how much it would cost to get every coffee drink on the menu.. $110. Keii and I could totally split that?? 👀 Why do I kinda wanna do it.. I’d warn them ahead of time LOLL but 👁️

🌳 Afterwards we stopped by ANOTHER cafe, but this time to grab lunch! Almost got myself stuck in the smallest space I ever seen in my damn LIFE 😑 and in the weirdest parking lot ever? Keii and I were like ?? What is this place? Didn’t even feel like we were in Vegas anymore LOL thank god for back up cameras cause uhhh if I didn’t have that? Yeah every car getting dented. 🤥

🪻The food was good! I really liked what I had and the ambience and overall presentation was very nice? I feel like this is a place you go to take photos! I wanna bring a Baku plushie here lol! 🤓 There were some older ladies that were there before us and were still there as we paid for the bill and left. I told Keii that’s gonna be us as old ladies just yammering away. 😌 I mean we already do that lol but what I mean is we growing old together!!! 🧶

🦋 We went back to my place to relax before the orchestra and Keii FINALLY watched chicken run! Can you believe she loves chickens and has never seen one of the best chicken movies ever? 🤨 Even the loml was like “wait you love chickens but never seen that movie?” LOL RIGHT!!! That is THE chicken movie!? 😤Blasphemous tbh. Then afterwards we watched Treasure Planet 🥹 and CRIESSSS ok by this point I made us a mojito (I haven’t had one since my bday my god I forgot how good they are) and I was feeling it Mr Krabs 🥴 so as soon as the montage came on? And Silver made his speech (you got the makings of greatness in you)? Yeah I was emotional LOLL Keii was too!! 🥲 I wish we had time to finish the movie tho! Cause then we had to go n get ready! Next time.. gonna just rewatch it tbh cause it’s so good. 😌 ALSO Keii mentioned how she feels like they modeled Jim after future Trunks and omg. I never noticed but I can totally see it? Next time you watch the movie look at the hair and the fit! That’s him!!

🍄‍🟫 LOLL. All I can do is laugh. 🌚 Cause I made us a single mojito and then I made us a double mojito and then the love of my life made us a pear blossom cocktail and it took me so fuckin long to do my makeup cause I needed to CONCENTRATE but I was feeling those drinks! 💃🕺 I couldn’t even bother with my hair I just pinned it cause the eyeliner took too much time! 🫣

🐙 Got dropped off and the merch was wack like why can’t we get cool stuff like the bag and shirt Keii had on!? 🙄 I would buy that in a heartbeat! Stopped by the restroom before the show (I always gotta pee when I drink like every 2 seconds) and… I love Keii. 🧩 Why did we have a whole ass moment in the bathroom as people were coming and going behind us 👩‍❤️‍👩 LOLLL we were taking pics and all I could think about is how Keii looks SO pretty and how I HAVE A FRIEND THAT MAKES ME FEEL SEEN! And im holding her face in my hands and getting all teary eyed cause ummmm I found my other half? 🧸 Like in this big wide world I managed to find the other part of me? Not many people get that luxury?

🪆The orchestra was a lot of fun!! The performers ninja ran onto the stage LOLL! They actually played episodes! It reminds me a lot of the Spider Man one that we went to that I absolutely loved! They played the eps as they performed the music live and it felt SO seamless! We got to see some classic episodes too! You know the ones I’m talking about! Oh. And it was in Japanese too THANK GOD! 🙄 Idk if I coulda handled Naruto’s loud ass in English.

🐝 Afterwards we got picked up and went to have Japanese bbq and god.. 🫄I haven’t had bbq in such a long time and it tasted SO good! Keii was weenie hut jr she couldn’t have much but it was total annihilation for me. 🍽️ Thank the heavens for her man cause he was cooking the meat and cutting it up and placing it on our plates LOLLL he always gets the meat just right too!!Nice n rare. 🐺

🍄 I slept so so well that night. Had just enough energy to throw on my PJs and wash my face before I was in dreamland. 💫 I just remember curling up in bed and listening to the loml say something and then I was GONE LOLL such good sleep! And after everything that’s been going on I really needed that. 🪐

🌏 It’s forever n always a good time when I’m with Keii. 🎆 I just feel very grateful to have someone in my life that I can be myself with. Having a romantic partner is wonderful and I feel so grateful for that part of my life as well? But you need friends. You hear me? If you put all your time and energy into only nurturing romantic relationships then you are going to live a very unfulfilling and lonely life. I get to have the best of both worlds and I am so so thankful for that. Next time, we gotta finish Treasure Island! But let’s start over from the beginning. 🎇

most recently, i'd say that this video of first tickling/pinching khaotung's waist during the change for future event (which was the same one you were mentioning about pluggy, i believe it's his name, and how he wasn't immune to first's charms. who can blame him even?). to be honest, there are many moments from this event that were super fun. khaotung saying that first keeps singing the old dog song to him when they are in private, but never thought first would do it in front of the press. and first saying he's waiting for his owner to love him back and khaotung saying 😠i never said i stopped loving him😠. also this video that is just fans being silly, but the idea that khaotung, when jealous, is scary af just does so well for my tired brain.

this one from an event a long time ago is so fun, too. one because the mcs say something about how the man should sleep in the left side of the bed/house and khaotung just tells first "you sleep in the right", and first saying our home.

there's this video from one of the after parties gmm held after their annual event, and if i'm not mistaken it's a mixboom story with firstkhao in the background, and what we see (more or less) is khaotung with his arm behind first/leaning on the chair he's sitting and might i say too, they look like they are sitting so close from this angle.

during the press tour for lol last year, there was this one bit where p'leo says something like "firstkhaotung go out together all the time. where do they usually go?" and for some reason, basically everyone there with them burst out laughing or chuckling or smiling (hey, satang, pondphuwin and mix, we gotta talk), and idk, it's just funny because they get a little flustered.

All I gotta say is thank goodness Jikook didn't let me down & enlist with someone else, because I would've threw in my shipper hat. The way everyone is losing their minds with excuses & miserable. Could never be me. If there were best friends or a couple in a group it's more likely they would be the ones to enlist together. And since Vmin didn't do it together, we are left with the couple.

I for one will not chalk it down to the fact Jikook are "friends" which is why they enlisted together for the simple fact they don't hold themselves out to be the besties of the group.

I recall saying to someone that Vmin calling themselves the soulmates of the group affects the status of Jikook as friends cos on the face of it,one would think Jikook were the soulmates of the group- for whatever soulmates means and whatever its worth.

You can't call yourselves best friends when yall are best friends with other people in the same group😩

Which of course is not to take away from Vmin's friendship.

But it begs the question, if Vmin are soulmates what are Jikook and I don't think Jikook themselves have cared to straighten it out.

Had they not enlisted together there are others out there who would never have assumed perhaps that they are the closest in the band. Simply because they are lost in the crowd and are drowned by lots of barrel ships making loud noises.

But of course if Jimin could serve 2 years with another person away from JK we would all pack our bags and close down shop cos then it would be so obvious we are WRONG about them.

I recall us expressing concerns about them not being able to handle being away from eachother for 2 whole years and the trip they took together before service was consoling because it's very normal for couples to want to spend quality time together before sending eachother off.

I won't lie, I felt that trip was too short and too close to service to mean anything to me💀💀💀💀💀💀

My reasonable expectations was for them to spend a whole lot of time (however short) together factoring in their schedules and the fact some of them were released from work so they could spend time with friends and family before leaving.

So when I heard they were still filming content for hybe so close to leaving for MS I was concerned. Either hybe wasn't thoughtful enough or sensitive enough or these people didn't really have intimate relationships or relations that mattered to them. Cos if they did they would want to spend sometimes with them before leaving.

Like I don't expect them to spend a week with their friends right before leaving, but a week with family would be reasonable.

I've said and will maintain this position, Jikook behave very much like any reasonable couple hiding their relationship in broad day would more so than any traditional ship I've seen in a decade.

You can lie about who you are intimate with but you can't hide that intimacy. not for this long.

Rui Kamishiro, Project Sekai. While I could use the upgraded pretty cards, the moment where he coldly defends his friends is my favorite moment of him in the entire game so far.

Bete Noire, Glitchtale. Not the scene that made me want to cosplay her, but still one of the scariest looks in the animation.

Kallen Kouzuki, Code Geass. The scene here is her about to use the Guren on Orange-kun, which is one of her best moments season 1 and is just a great shot of her in general.

Rose Lalonde, Homestuck. I actually quite like her Pesterquest art, and it screenshots the best.

Junko Enoshima, Dangan Ronpa. Her reveal and arrogant form is my favorite of her sprites.

Helen Richardson, Magnus Archives. Great depiction by theoldkyokodied since there's no official image!

Undyne, Undertale. Her True Hero form is what sold me on the game, and was also my first true boss I faced since I did a genocide run first.

Katara, ATLA. Love this scene where she confront the one who killed her mom and shows just how powerful she is.

Kaguya Shinomiya, Love is War. Hard to choose a pic here since there's two sides to her personality and I love them both, but I really love the fireworks episode and her escape is great.

Tahani Al-Jamil, The Good Place. She's so pretty but also her arc and personal troubles really resonate with me.

Kabru, Dungeon Meshi. Great colors and expression from the anime here, really showcasing his manipulative edge.

Tsukasa Tenma, Project Sekai. Very Subaru like character, I love how much he grows through the game and the moment where they get the entire park together to put on the huge event is probably my favorite sekai moment.

Lord Dominator, Wander over Yonder. I do love me a villainess who loves being evil, and the scene here of her manipulating hater is great.

Lelouch Vi Britannia, Code Geass. While the scene here is of his more evil/manipulative side, I actually really love him because of his humanizing moments.

So before megamax even disbanded their insta account took down every pic that had Jaehun in it. What’s with companies taking down and getting rid of media with former members I don’t get it? And now like I’m still mad and upset about great guy’s separation but like their account is now being used for their new group like first of all why didn’t dna give them their own account so donghwi, horyeong and baegyeol could have their own memories still on their account and second why did they even debut a new group when they had great guys and I feel like they deserved so much better. Imo great guys could’ve been popular like the boyz or something like they’re a big group but every member was talented and now the three members are going to get swept under the rug because the new group plus it’s like dna is trying to promote both groups together like a collab and I hate it. hello friends!!! i am sorry (again) for the late post (again) this time i'm distracted by making sure i watch all of my favorite sport branches in the Olympics 😂 i swear i had like, a draft for July and had been thinking about it on the last ten days of July but then boom the Olympics took my attention away! literally writing this as i watch the men's sports climbing qualifying and wait for artistic gymnastics to start 😂😂😂

so... for a starter... July might be... a start of something new? :) not going to elaborate further but i'm glad i get to experience again something i haven't felt for so long, wherever this will end up as. i don't mean it to be cryptic but: life can hold its mysteries only to reveal it at the most specific time? 😂 it's all casual fun still, but what is life if it's not to enjoy every chance you seize to the fullest!? 😉

went to Bandung again at the first weekend of July, always a good time in one of my fav cities. i'd say Bandung can be my favorite city if only the local govt devised a proper integrated public transportation system, Jakarta still superior with MRT-Transjakarta-Jaklingko-KRL combo. attended a wedding, had a superb time, got to see my fav person too... :) had my routine that is trying new restaurants (Gormeteria, a good 85/100 from me and Lao Ban with 80/100) and of course a bit of refreshing morning walk! anyways i left my heart in Bandung and i will always be so excited to visit :)

also Penang story is due now! spent 6 days in Malaysia for the very first time and it was not even in Kuala Lumpur 😂 so there's this orthodontics seminar there, held by the Malaysian Association of Orthodontists at Georgetown, Penang and me along with five others were accompanying our profs. to save money, the six of us rented an apartment ten minutes away from the venue (which is a 5-star hotel we couldn't afford lol) actually had lots of fun, and i'm so glad all of us have the same personality that spending 24x6 hours together was just an experience full of laughter! tried some of local foods, visited and took pics at the Penang Street Art, the rest was just us exchanging stories at our apartment 😂

July is the first out of two months (summer-like) break and i love i get to do nothing most of the time... i can catch up on films, dramas, series, Olympics games, f1, motogp, and reading while just relaxing. IAO dance rehearsals also going smoothly, a nice weekly exercise for me who don't do workouts much (unless you count house chores???) i just love day-offs i can do whatever i want hehehe

next month on August it'll still be 2nd semester break and i'm kinda nervous now because i heard 3rd semester i'll start handling patients, excited but yeah, nervous!!! good news about August is that my Brisbane based cousin will move back to Indonesia next week! can't wait to be reunited with her 😁

i suppose that's all for July, praying for more good things to come. see you in August post!

and yk bad lip syncs and runways to me can be so fucking funny like jigglys garbage dress, kennedys cyrstalized chicken, the i will surive lip sync in s8, the 2 messy ass lip syncs in s3 (like it had 2 of the best lip syncs in the show and 2 of the worst but the worsr were so fuckjng funnyfbfkdhd)

but yk you want better lip syncs?? actually pay attention to ur front runners styles of performance, rewards all styles of lip syncs, and pick ur song choices more off that.

i get more peeved when a cast of a season has no age and drag style variety (which theyve always delivered drag style variety and age usuall like season 14 im sorry did not deliver that 4 me enough) variety bc whats the point u did not respect where drag came from, the veterns, and ofc the new queens for the future of drag like come bring in at least one milf drag queen one milf per season IS ENOUGH FOR ME

i think its probably good that he is on his 2 week europe trip. we made plans for after his trip so i feel secure. he told me he trusts me. i trust him too. i was afraid i dont trust myself not to disconnect w my feelings but i think its fine now. i therapized myself out of it :d. i think we both need breathing room. i also need to get sober for a while, fuck. that has def messed me up. we met up one last time before he left too and he took pics of me w his film camera. he is convinced that im photogenic though im not.... he taught me how to use the camera too! we also visited a local church and listened to the organ music there. it was beautiful. ive been massively inhaling therapy videos on how to self-regulate and allow breathing room in a relationship. also how to maintain a distinct identity whilst being together with someone. it has helped me immensely. i also have actually returned back to my hobbies and read diff essays abt my personal interests like philosophy and religion and the art of translating literature. i rediscovered old video games i used to play w my sister, that is insanely healing. ive drawn a lot and listened to lots of new music and made new cool playlists. i watched some anime too! ive met up w my friends that i havent seen in such a long time and ive been such a great host. i invited my 8 girl friend group over and we made spring rolls together and mojitos and got high and played cool board and card games. it was so refreshing. i also invited my closest friend over and we went riding w bikes at night and climbed on the walls surrounding a manor near my home. not sure if legal but we also jumped in their backyard and ran around. it was so beautiful. we also did lots of other fun stuff. i saw poppies! my fav flower. also bats!!! the reflection of the moon on a river was so beautiful. it was so nice that my sister came over for a day too. i saw two of her friends briefly too and they were so nice to me! today ill be going out of my comfort zone a fuck ton too. my friend is hosting her bday party in her countryside home that is far away and i havent even figured out my transportation back. i will stay there for 3 days. loose ends like that used to freak me the fuck out but i think ill be fine. its an old house so it doesnt really allow me to follow all my insane rituals but i think i need to train myself to be okay w it. most ppl are sleeping in tents but i can be in the house bc i literally dont have a tent but that also probably would make me panic a bit too much. too many new things at once isnt good either i think. im actually doing fine. its nice. surprising that ive done things and im doing things and i havent died although most of my life ive literally feared i would. like not yet discussing why i shut down when the guy im seeing tried to be intimate and postponing it for after his trip.. i used to NEVER be able to do that. like i couldnt for the life of me sit w the uncomfortable emotion. like my entire life used to stop until i could regulate through the other person and vocalize it. but now ive just like. organized my brain. and self-soothed myself and i feel safe that he wont immediately leave me just bc of one difficult situation with an ambiguous meaning. and that the issue can be put on pause and when he returns we can talk about it.

nonny, thank you for asking omg. I just LOVE talking about tattoos - not just about mine but also about tattoos in general. They're just. So cool. And everyone has such an individual taste and style, it's awesome!

My first tattoo is a pink and purple Wayfinder from Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep on my wrist (because BBS is my fav Kingdom Hearts game and Xigbar/Braig used to be my fav character until a certain plot twist in KH3 that fucked up 12 years of stanning.) I haven't completely lost hope, but depending on where the games go, I just. Might get it modified or redone or touched-up or expanded. We'll see.

I got it in 2019 during my first burnout to remind myself that I belong to myself and my body is mine and only mine, so I guess it's something between a self-healing and a trans thing. I don't even know anymore. Anyway, I don't regret it, it still looks nice, but since I don't know where I'm going with it, I won't take a pic for now.

I got my second one in 2021. I've been a fan of Resident Evil ever since I was 12 years old (yes, I know, I was too young, but this was before I could piss off people on the internet by sliding into adult spaces as a kid), and while I kind of lost interest in the franchise for a while and while I HATED 7 (yes, I know. Unpopular opinion), 8 dragged me back. I commissioned a friend for the design because while I knew what I wanted - Umbrella, Steampunk, the Heisenberg logo) I'm not an artist.

Anyway, this is the finished piece:

Since my tattoo artist fucked up a bunch of things, it's very much faded already and looks like it's like 10 years old instead of 2 already, sigh sigh, and I'll have to get it re-done soon-ish. Once I have the spare cash because this is gonna be expensive as fuck.

The third one was also designed by Vincent (no, for real, go give him money) and it's basically a glorified ship tattoo for The Quarry. I wanted something for the Travislaura working together + Lauramax reunion + Travislaura killing each other achievements, and I told Vincent I wanted it with the base of the broken mirror shards and the flowers being mirrored in them while needle and thread and hold everything loosely together. It's gorgeous, and I love it a lot. I'm very unashamed about wearing it on my chest because literally nobody gets that it's a ship tattoo until I tell them lmao

I got it last November.

Once we clean up the Resident Evil tattoo, my studio and I will also expand the Quarry one and make them look like they belong together. Which means we will make sure to give them both a water colour background blending from my left shoulder (reddish-brown/rust coloured RE tattoo) to my chest (blue and purple hues for the Quarry), we will also add a few more smaller mirror shards to my shoulder.

And. Well. Now there's the 4 birds. I initially only had a mock-up picture from the internet, but I asked my spouse to trace them off an ingame screenshot. I'm very glad we did that lmao because the mock-up would have looked way worse than what I have now. Like. I was... hoping it would look halfway okay. I had never believed it would look just fucking incredible. It's probably gonna peel in a day or two already, it's healing perfectly!

........................I want more tattoos. I grew up with games. And books. But it's mostly games that made me feel and fall in love with them. So it's gonna be more game tattoos.
