tbh having the books all on dropbox is nice but i do miss the specific physical feel of an animorphs book
#i physically only 1 4 19 and the ellimist chronicles even though i have no idea where 1 is#it kinda doesnt count bc that was one of the rereleased ones with the weird lenticular cover#but i really really enjoyed the feel of the worn and slightly frayed edges and the somewhat soft yet kinda grainy pages#theyre like a sort of beige sort of off yellow ish color and idk if thats just from age or what but it helps set the mood#the permanently bent page corners from kids before me bookmarking their spots#one of them i got from the library had the inside cover art page missing lol#and obviously the flip book morphs were so nice even if they were so small and dark you could barely make out some of the details
