About Paradox Prince Sonic

Name: Sonic the Hedgehog

Paradox Cross: Sega and Nintendo x Kingdom Hearts

Occupation: Prince of Sega Castle, Keyblade Master.

Keyblade: Divewing

Family: Queen Aleena (Mother) Manic (Brother) Sonia (Sister)

Species: Hedgehog

World: Sega Castle

Abilities: Super Speed, Homing Attack, Spin Dash, Super Transformation, Chaos Control, Sonic Wind, Keyblade, Dream Jump, Power of Waking.

Background: Coming from a paradox dimension where the worlds of Sega and Nintendo come together in a Kingdom Hearts like universe, this is a Sonic who is both the Prince of Sega Castle and a Keyblade Master, acting as a parallel to King Mickey. Despite having a bit of a cocky attitude like most Sonics, he's still a selfless prince who puts others before himself.

He is one of three children of the queen of Sega Castle, Aleena. While Sonia is the more responsible sibling, and Manic is the most immature, Sonic seems to be a mixture of both, loving to have fun and goof around, but also knowing when to be serious. He also seems to have a better grasp at the Keyblade than Sonia and Manic.

At some point, he was recruited by ARiA to help protect the Multiverse, which he accepts. Whenever he has to leave his dimension, he leaves his siblings and friends in charge of protecting it while he's gone.

He formed a strong rivalry against Scourge (from @fallen-symphony ), and fights against him the most out of all the members of Slur's army. He sometimes mistakes him as his Heartless since he's the most evil and chaotic version of himself he ever met.

He still has a love for chili dogs like any other version of Sonic, and usually visits the Item Creation Shop to grab one.

Sonic is surpised to meet a good version of Dr. Eggman on the team, but is very welcoming of it. Sonic's not one to hold grudges, and treats Mr. Tinker with respect. He also finds it a little funny that an android who looks like Shadow is a childish little cinnamon bun like Terios.

Emerl is happy to have a version of Sonic joining the team, even if it's not the Sonic from his own dimension. Even though his link has moved to Bass Cross Megaman, he still shares special bond with Prince Sonic.

Sonic seems to find hidden potential in Klonoa. Having to Dream Jump in order to learn the Power of Waking and become a Keyblade Master, Sonic can't help but wonder if Dream Travelers have similar abilities...

Having a strong sense of justice and the heart of a benevolent prince, Sonic will do everything he can to help RiFT and ARiA keep the Multiverse safe from Slur's forces and from the darkness.

"How...?! You didn't even turn into Super Sonic... How did I lose to you...?!"

"The power of darkness is no match against the Keyblade! Now, get lost, faker!"

"Grrr...!! I'll get (BLEEP)ing even with you, ya hear me...?! I'll take you down and destroy your stupid key...! I'll take you and every other dimension's Sonic down! After that, the Multiverse will belong to me...! ME, and no one else!! All hail the king, baby!"

"A version of Sonic with a Keyblade... You must be from a paradox dimension."

"Yeah... And I assume you're this world's version of ARiA?"

"In a sense, I am. My name is RiFT. ARiA told me that more people from other paradox dimensions would appear."

"So ARiA already has you up to date with the whole Paradox Dimensions thing. I was a little surprised with the multiverse creating dimensions that were a combination of two or more different universes myself. And this is coming from a hedgehog who traveled to different worlds before meeting ARiA."

"A boy named Sora came to visit some time ago, and he had a Keyblade, too. So we know how powerful it is. It will be awesome having a Keyblade Master like you on our team, your majesty."

"Thanks, little guy... But no need for the formalities. You can just call me 'Sonic.' I'll do everything in my power to help you guys keep the Multiverse safe."

About ARiA

Name: ARiA

Paradox Cross: .Hack x Digimon (With bits of Megaman Battle Network thrown in.)

Gender: Female

Face Claim: Subaru from the .Hack series (See Background for details.)

Abilities: Dimensional Travel, Healing, Light Blast, Mastery of the Great Axe

Background: In an alternate paradox dimension where the world of .Hack and Digimon are one, there were extraterrestrial beings who planned to protect the world from evil. Unlike the beings who created Symphony, Duo, and RiFT, these beings learned about the Multiverse early and would make a living dimensional rift their first project, thus creating ARiA.

At some point, ARiA wanted to get closer to humans. A videogame known as "The Digital World" was the biggest thing at the time, and using its coding, ARIA constructed a body based on a legacy player known as Subaru. She played the game like the humans to understand who she was protecting, and unlike Symphony, who later betrayed people and saw them as inferior, ARiA wanted to do everything she can to protect them. She would eventually learn about the Multiverse War, and like RiFT, she puts together an army to help fight against Slur and her forces, and eventually teams up with RiFT so they can protect the Multiverse together.

ARiA, like RiFT, is quite humble, despite her power, and knows that her power is meant to protect people and not to use it for selfish means. She also knows that as a being made by imperfect people, she herself is imperfect, and will need help to keep the Multiverse safe.

From playing the Digital World for a long time, she has an army of GuardiAngemon at her command, all who are very loyal to her and will do everything they can to keep the Multiverse safe.

Multiverse War Part 9

"So... In your dimension, you were a creation of my grandfather's.... And you were the reason I became more like him. I admit, I wasn't as close to Maria, but I knew she had a kind heart. I believe that heart of hers was an unconscious inspiration of the heart I placed in Belle and Terios... And I can clearly see you share that kind heart, Rodea."

"Thank you, Fa... I mean Mr. Tinker."

Mr. Tinker placed a hand on the robot boy's shoulder.

"I met a Belle from a different dimension who I still consider my daughter. If the Mr. Tinker of your dimension is a father to you, I... Wouldn't mind if you called me 'father.'"

Rodea smiled at Mr. Tinker's words and nodded. Soon enough, however, a dimensional rift opened, and it wasn't created by RiFT.

"Oh... That must be her," Rodea said as he noticed the rift.

"Is this the one you spoke of earlier? The one who has been putting a team together as well? You said her name was 'ARiA?'"

Before anyone could answer, someone stepped out of the portal. Similar to RiFT, she had the qualities of both an agel and a warrior.

"...Greetings, my friends."

"Hey... Aren't you Subaru, a player from the earlier build of the World?"

"I understand why you would think so, Haseo. I am using her character model, after all. But no. I am not Subaru. I'm not even a human player. My name is ARiA, and much like how RiFT is using the body of Copy X, I am using this body so I can interact with my friends."

"Does that make you... A dimensional variant of me?" RiFT asked.

"Yes... And no," ARiA answered, "My origin is... A bit of a strange case. I was the first to be created, much like Symphony, the one who now calls herself 'Slur'. However, the creators went with the idea of a sentient dimensional rift first, which is what I really am. So in a sense, I am a dimensional variant of both RiFT and Symphony."

"I see..." RiFT said, "And are you from a Parodox Dimension like Rodea is?"

"Yes," ARiA answered, "In my case, it's a combination of Haseo's dimension and the Analogman's dimension. The game is known as 'The Digital World," rather than just 'The World.' Players team up with Digimon in the game to protect the Digital World from the Dark Masters."

"This is all interesting and all... But if you don't mind me asking... How are Paradox Dimensions possible? I get that there are branching paths that create a different version of a dimension, but two completely different dimensions merging into one? How do you explain that?"

ARiA lowered her head before she answered.

"I guess you can say... The existence of dimensional travel is the reason Parodox Dimensions exist..."

"So, the theories were true, then?" said RiFT, "If someone from a different dimension visits another, a Parodox Dimension of those two world may form?"

ARiA nodded.

"Well..." RiFT said, "It can't be helped. Dimensional travel has existed before we were even created. All we can do is protect the Multiverse. Old and new."

"Indeed," said ARiA, "Which is why I wish to help you. If we combined our teams, we can stand a better chance against Slur's forces. There are others from different Parodox Dimensions that will join us soon. And I plan to find more. I hope you will except my help..."

"Of course," RiFT answered, as he reached ut a hand to ARiA, "We're glad to have you, ARiA and Rodea."

ARiA smiled and took RiFT's hand, shaking it.

"Thank you for having us, RiFT. Let's protect the Multiverse together!"
