I’ll say it: supernaturals attachment to certain actors got in the way of the shows writing sometimes.
#supernatural#sometimes it worked for their benefit#but more often than not…#I think the flaws started when they kept bringing back the same actors for possessed people#more than they logically should have been back#Meg should have gone through a bunch of different actors#the only initial actors to make sense were ruby 2.0 bc of the body issues#and jimmy novak for at least the rest of s4 through like. s6 ig?#idk#we should have had 50 different actors for meg#and cas tbh#though honestly he probably shouldn’t have stuck around the show as long as he did#and I’m saying this as someone who loves him
