i've learned to block people when they get on my nerves too much, but i really really also need to learn to not reply to people when they're clearly engaging with my post in bad faith.

#posting this mostly as a reminder for myself #guy i just blocked after debating aromanticism with them for way too long even tho they were clearly just an arophobe #and also just weird as fuck like first they debated me on my aro side blog #and then somehow found my main and commented on my latest aro post talking abt how cruel i am #for not being in love with people #and when i blocked them they KEPT REPLYING ON THEIR ALT???#anyways i blocked their alt too and i guess they ran out of blogs #i shouldve just blocked them from the start #or just. not engaged #sigh.#the old teenager internet debater instinct still kicks in sometimes but im slowly recovering
