WvE Update 8/4

The fodder floor is still under 15k, though that won’t last long as payouts increase—not only raffle/PB, but also mercs. Water held for a nearly 24 hour stretch, but otherwise, there have been a lot of flips.

This battle is closer than a lot of people expected. It’ll come down to what happens on Saturday, most likely, as both sides seem to be keeping up well.

Hard to say how Warrior’s Way will affect things. The main thing will probably be site lag due to increased traffic, which will affect both sides. Lag from events usually doesn’t last a day or two, though, and I don’t think this will be bigger than the anniversary/Obelisks release, which might make Saturday even more intense as people scramble to catch up.

As always, with new events come new opportunities to make money. Get the new items and chests, or whatever the WW thing is, and sell them asap. Early adopters can be counted on to pay higher prices to be the first to have new items.
