one of my favorite apollo content things of all time is always going to be how capcom casted toshiyuki kusuda (klavier’s VA from the games) for the guilty love cover rather than a trained singer, specifically because kasuda’s voice imperfections (i.e. the expression in his voice around spots like the rapping, places where his voice shakes, where his pitch peaks) are so endearing to me. they really sell klavier’s dramatic character more than i think a trained perfect singer would have + the fact that klavier is ABSOLUTELY someone’s younger brother who started a lawyer themed band, and he was probably so younger brother about it. his guitar playing skills in his teens also would have put kristoph on the news first if he hadn’t restrained until phoenix and apollo did btw
