Huehue yes I did absolutely make my late Father's Day drawing sad af you're welcome LMAOO But I wanted them both to be happy just this once 😭😭

For context, Dave/David Lee is in fact Eden's birth father but he and his ex wife, Abigail, had split while she was pregnant, which didn't show until much later on when she later remarried to Peter who was more than happy to accept Eden as his own. Dave was never told about Eden or had any knowledge of her existence since Abigail chose to keep him in the dark about it as he was no longer a part of her life. Why Abigail and Dave split is unknown but I feel like he would have been such a cool and chill dad for Eden and it's a shame they never got to meet each other 😭

And now his close friend, Thatcher, is looking out for her 😭💗 I love when things come full circle!

Decided I’d give this template a shot to practice drawing the characters. I changed it up a bit though, originally this had the alternate cat and N and the Preacher were separate. I thought since N and the Preacher are kinda similar shaped/simple looking I’d just make them one box so I could make space for Ruth. The cat alternate is just….a cat, so I replaced it with Jude.

LMAOOOOOO OMG YEAH 😂 That pretty much sums up his whole plot in my story the poor guy! 😭 Never gets to meet or know his kid cause he and his wife split up then he ultimately gets used and killed by Alt!Gabriel in the end, my man did not have it easy.

I honestly have not seen asdfmovie in YEARS either so thank you for this big blast of nostalgia for me! 😂🖤🖤

I’m a sucker and I have a hc that Dave Lee is Mark’s maternal uncle—brother to his mother, he kept the family name (unmarried) while Mark’s mother took her husband’s name (Heathcliff). Also had the idea that….for whatever reason they stopped talking and as a result he lost touch with his nephew and niece. Still….he was in Mandela the night Mark died when Mark’s parents weren’t, and Thatcher had to tell someone. That someone ended up being him.

How must it feel to know the little boy he remembers, hand barely big enough to fit in the palm of his, gone forever now. He never got to know him as a seventeen year old, and now he’ll never know him as an adult either. The next morning, Dave Lee never showed up to church. O’Brian called, but he didn’t answer.

How could he believe in a God that would let this happen?
