#i am getting so frustrated with the new team#the sup n lead are not reliable#and the production coordinator is just in general extremely moronic and rude#also i hate that they recruit people who have no effing knowledge of cg production pipeline as coordinators#the main goal is how to keep exploiting and imply undue pressure on the artist#and especially this asshole is in a league of his on eith his condescending remarks and insidious bullying tactics#and here i thought i have left all this behind at my last company#but no this is like a curse that's ruining everything#fml#i was so happy with my first team when i joined here#now this is slowly becoming a nightmare with this current one#i am exhausted#but i am also so fucking annoyed#ugh#ignore this i just need to vent#i be talking to the void#raee in rantmode#for ts
