Are you ready to return to Derry?

This September 6th marks the five year anniversary of the release of It: Chapter 2. In honor of the monumental occasion, I ( @toziers) am hosting a content posting week that will run from Friday, September 6th to Friday, September 13th. All Losers-centered content, both writing and art, are welcome! The goal is to flood the tags with old fics you never got around to finishing, or art ideas that have been scratching at your brain for years. Additionally, there is no limit for how many works you'd like to post.

More information on how to sign up for posting blocks will be shared in the handy-dandy discord server in the coming weeks. This server is a place to connect with other artists/writers/fans, encourage each other through the pains of creation, or just generally cheerlead each other on! There will be admin-hosted movie nights to stream the original It content, as well as any movies the creators' AU's are based on. You do not need to participate in the final posting to join the discord. However, it is a 17+ server due to the nature of It: Chapter 2, which is a Rated R movie.

sorry that art made me think about the losers sharing clothes and now im like. foaming at the mouth. mikey and bill lose all their jackets in the winter bc everyone steals theirs. bev and eddie have half their closet made up of richie's shirts however they still continue to tell richie he has a terrible sense in fashion. stan letting richie borrow his kippot. ben and mikey share belts and hats. eddie plays along with being bev's dress up doll sometimes. neither bev or richie or even mike when he grows his hair out too remember hair ties so the other losers carry them around on their wrists. richie's stolen three pairs of ben's sweatpants just in this past week. socks dont have owners they just float around between everyone. yeah.

“I can’t believe I didn’t realize it was you.”

Ben smiles and absently runs his thumb along the back of Beverly’s hand. “Big Bill’s pretty charismatic, I don’t blame you for thinking it was him.”

Bev blows a raspberry and ruffles his hair, sticking out her tongue. “Oh shush, new kid,” she laughs. “You Got It.”

Ben grins at the New Kids on the Block song title drop, and Bev grins back at him, as they fall into a comfortable and casual cuddle. After a moment he sighs. “It took us a while, but at least we figured it out, unlike some people.”

Bev makes a curious little hum. “What people?” she asks. Ben blinks down at her in surprise.

“What people?” he repeats. Bev nods, so he chuckles. “Uh, Richie and Eddie?” he says, like it’s obvious.

“What?!” Bev practically screeches, spinning to look him face to face. “Richie and Eddie?!”

“Yeah?” Ben says, surprised but amused. “I mean, Richie for sure, but I’m like, eighty percent sure Eddie is—“

“Richie and Eddie?!” Bev cries out again. “Our Richie and Eddie?! Since when?!”

“Since middle school, at least,” Ben laughs. “I thought it was obvious!”

“No!” Bev gasps, looking like her entire world has just flipped upside down. “I mean, yeah, okay, maybe I can kinda see it looking back, but…” She shook her head. “How did you know?”

“Lovesick recognizes lovesick,” he says with a shrug. “I don’t think Eddie realized, well, anything that was happening around him, honestly, but Richie was absolutely smitten. It was adorable.”

“Oh my god,” Bev breathes, and then goes quiet, and Ben can practically see the gears turning as a mischievous little smirk creeps across her lips. “We need to meddle,” she declares.

Ben cringes, but it’s definitely more of a grin. “Do we?”

“Uh, absolutely! Call for reinforcements,” she says, beaming, “let’s play matchmaker.”

Sleazy has a fond place in my heart. <3 there's something so yummy about that concept. Maybe it's because that scene is intended to be part of a larger work. >:D aaaaaaaa Floyd calling you "good girl" also does something to me. 🫣 in a low, raspy voice as well... I love scummy, sleazy Floyb. ( ꈍ◡ꈍ)

I might explore that fwb concept more, but mer sex is also quite tempting...... I had a lot of fun writing it with Jade in his fwb fic, so I need to write it with Floyd at some point. Omg and then there's the blessing that is summer Floyb!!!!! OTL

I love the idea of Floyd not realizing he's in love when he's so deep in the fwb. He's doing all of these things that make him feel like less of a fuck buddy and more of a boyfriend, but both of you refuse to recognize and acknowledge that. You keep telling everyone you're not a couple; you're not even all that close (yes, you are). Floyd's just pussy-drunk, not in love. Definitely not!!!
