Symone & Lucas are doing the same back & forth + "i'm mad at you for [thing entirely out of the interns control]" shtick we've seen a thousand times, RIchard is mad at Meredith & Miranda for stupid reasons like not breaking HIPPA/the wishes of their very powerful & angry boss who had litcherally just fired them both, Schmitt has some new boring flirtationship with an equally as bland & uninteresting as him (who also happens to be the gay male equivalent of the boring assimilationist lesbian cop trope-- gay pastor), and the patient stories are snooze fests we've also seen done better multiple times before (protests gone wrong, miracle surgery that--after an appropriate sulk and/or scolding-- of course goes perfect, quirky afraid of surgery guy, patients ignoring medical advice and uh oh things go wrong!, etc), wowza Grey's is phoning it the hell in this season...

Oh well, at least I have superficial queer fodder to enjoy in the form of the two hot lady interns I like finally kissi--- what the fuck do you mean a family member that's never been mentioned before suddenly has a life threatening illness and I just need a friend right now???
