okay we know nobody has any money on here, but if you're be willing to share this about we'd be really grateful, you never know who's lurking

we're having to fundraise toward replacing our existing power-assist tech on our wheelchair with one that doesn't need us to push, because increasing body fuckery means we can't do that any more even with assistance due to bad pain stuff

(and it's still way cheaper than getting a power chair custom made for our ludicrous tallness, and means we can continue using our custom manual wheelchair that fits perfectly)

we have some savings and will eventually be able to sell on the current tech, but we still need to somehow raise some of the money

update: our new wheelchair should touch down sometime in the next week or two (still not sure whether it's coming from Germany or Wales - long story) -- meanwhile we're borrowing the balance from a friend against selling our current wheelchair, but the market is bad lately, people are broke so we're not likely to get as much for it as we'd hoped a couple of months ago (plus it could take many months to sell, it's an unusual size due to us being a tall bugger)

also they turn out to paywall some of the integral features of the powered wheels, so we're having to find an extra £300 to pay for the wheels to do what they already can ffs
