Today is the International Women’s Day, so I bring a workout with a strong women. She is Natalia Alianovna Romanova aka. Black Widow. Most can know she from the Marvel Cinematic Univers. The character has appeared among others in the Avangers movies. 

She has appeared in televisoin series, videogames and also many comics. And what a suprise, the comic was the original. It wasn’t her first appearence, but I read the Black Widow (1999) comic, The Itsy-Bitsy Spider. It’s a exciting story with two Black Widow, Natasha and Yelena.

And finally the workout. Thanks to neilarey, who made this. It is a high burn workout focusing full body. Have fun and happy international women’s day.

Since January is nearly over guys, here’s another post about the event!

Sunday, February 9th: The Vest!   Take a look at Natasha’s vest in Infinity War. Now take a look at Yelena’s vest in the black widow trailer/poster. Now back to Nat in Infinity War. Back to Lena in the trailer. Notice it’s the same one? Good! This day is all about that vest! How did Natasha get it? What are its origins? Is it Yelena’s and Natasha took it? Or is it Natasha’s and Yelena took it? You decide!

Monday, February 10th: 616 Verse!   The 616 universe, more commonly known as the comics, is where this ship originated. This day is all about their relationship in the comics! Give us that pre-, during, or post-Breakdown angst! That teamup in The Web of Black Widow! Anything related to the comics!

Tuesday, February 11th: Kid Fic!  Time to go old school with a classic trope, guys! Now, ‘kid-fic’ can mean many things really and have many interpretations. From AU’s to future-fics to even de-aged characters. Maybe they’re babysitting for a friend or family?

Wednesday, February 12th: High School/College/Educational AU!  That’s right, more classic tropes! But you can do your own spin on this! For this day, write about our favorite widows in a high school setting, college setting, boarding school, daycare, etc, etc! Are they students together? Teachers? 

Thursday, February 13th: Domestic!   For this day, we’re going with a good old fashioned domestic prompts. How is their day-to-day domestic life? Talk about their morning routine! Who cooks dinner? What do they do before bed? What about relaxing before/after a mission? Do they have pets? 

Friday, February 14th: Valentines Day!❤️❤️❤️   This one pretty much explains itself. Happy Valentines Day! What are Natasha and Yelena doing to celebrate? Do they love this holiday? Hate it? Forget it until the day of and panic? Do they make their own tradition? 

Saturday February 15th: Soulmate AU!   That’s right, guys! Another classic trope! With so many ways to approach it with the classic names or first words or seeing color for the first time, etc, etc! However this inspires you! Any and all interpretations are welcome!
