By the way, I wanted to add one more hc, Iris infected Neptune with some kind of virus and instead of mutating from it, Neptune simply becomes 200 times more sensitive to tickling

(From a solely theoretical perspective: should the Iris ever learn about the cats, would we be able to talk to it? Like, could we directly ask the Iris itself questions? (Either way, that theoretical Silver Box Segment would likely be Very Terrifying for all the non-Irissian forces involved.)

Funny that; as per the StarClan vs the Iris write up I made, if the Iris ever were to learn about the intelligence of Clan cats, that would be really bad, no good, game over. In this Clangen, the Iris has been interpreted as having a very particular cruelty towards consciousness and sentience. It torments humanity by manipulating their technology and radio waves, and tricking them into sacrificing themselves to the hostile creatures it sent down. Like watching insects fight each other to the death in an arena it made for them. It torments humanity because humans can be tricked, and lied to, and it finds enjoyment from it. If it discovers that cats are equally altrustic and capable of being manipulated…well, it’s in ForestClan’s best interest to never come into contact with the Iris.

Never say never! If I can find a way to introduce it with the cosmic horror it deserves, I’ll be happy to introduce it to the audience. But as it stands, I believe the Iris has a voice and intent that would not allow it to be questioned - after all, cat, human - you’re all just food, in the end, just like it mutated Neptune. You don’t entertain the feelings or questions of food, as a cat doesn’t answer the questions of a mouse.

But I will say one thing. An interesting tidbit, just something to think about.

Shiverpaw didn’t repeat Gemini quotes in Moon 5 and 7 as just a fun, scary reference. There’s a reason for it. :)

Imagine this:

Episodes from the various MrSpherical series with specials from Gemini Home Entertainment.

-In solarballs we would see infections from Iris itself to other planets, especially neptune and earth (and some moons).

--In Human Buddy we would see how the organs (especially the brain) react to the "deep-rooted disease" and how they simply accept their fate.

-In workerboy we would see the protagonist working in the different companies mentioned in the VHS, moonlight acres, or perhaps in GHE itself.

-And in country balls… well, simply seeing how the countries of the world face this situation of invasion, woodcrawlers and the mutation of the earth.

I spend entire nights imagining these episodes, especially the one with Human Buddy and the DRD.
