#lmaoooooooooooooo#oh god this is so hilarious on so many levels#the idea of a hereditary monarch abolishing a hereditary house of lords is so funny#it's only a matter of time until they come for the monarchy itself#also i thought the whole point of a monarch was that they're so based and traditional#lol that's what monarchists always tell me#but in reality monarchs are often at the forefront of progressive/liberal movements#but in any case#i actually support this#hopefully we'll see an actual british republic in my lifetime#cromwell will be vindicated!
