so abby's in her own little fic that's not connected to leah's (it's called blue crush after this 2000s beach surf movie that literally has no connections whatsoever i've never even seen it but the title was cool). she's very much under plotted because my brain has pretty much latched onto leah since day one but y'know ... abby's on the back burner waiting for her moment lol. 100% was created because i believe that kie needs a girlfriend, like you can't look at kie and tell me she doesn't like girls like pls jpate give her a gf and just end the ship wars thanks.

the general gist of the fic is that abby's a kook whose grandparents are like super mega kook rich but abby's mom had a whole "lorelai gilmore teen pregnancy run away to live on her own" thing until she died when abby was about 7ish, so abby's experienced life on the cut until she was put in her grandparents care. abby doesn't really fit in with any of the kooks including her own grandparents who are just like ... we hate them honestly. so after kie's whole fall from grace as sarah's bestie thing happens, she ends up becoming close with abby and by the time kie mends the fence with the boys, she just starts dragging abby with her everywhere (no ones really happy about this, tbh, but they get over it). like they become such good friends but abby's pretty much head over heels for kie after like three months like she's crushing hard. kie literally does not notice.

fun facts include that she's a lesbian, she's got a very cute fashion sense (literally the pinterest board i have for her is like 70% outfits), and jj calls her tag along, which goes from being tag along (derogatory) to tag along (affectionate) because my jj obsessed brain said "make them besties."
