he grew up in fort pinta but learned to ride in moorland. him and justin were the same age so they ended up hanging out a lot and became good friends. him and tan had middle schooler drama so her and loretta (tan ironically after a few years, loretta is serious) both hate him. the disco security guard hates him a LOT. he left before mayor peanut became a thing but if he knew about him hed be 100% on board with pony mayor. when he left for college him and justin kept in touch and even after he came back and became a ranger they got together to hang out, but after the soul rider and dark core stuff happened they fell out of touch and now joseph has fallen off the face of the earth. joseph and thomas were always friendly and thomas worries about him
