How many characters in a run????!!!

The other day playing TBOI, playing with Lazarus to try to unlock Bethany, I unlocked Magdalene and Cain in the same run and as I had reached the heart without dying I also unlocked Beth. Three characters unlocked in one run was great.

But that made me wonder… How many characters can you unlock in one run? Well let's see:

Let's suppose that we have done everything possible to not unlock any character and that we only have Isaac and a few runs already played.

So in one run we can unlock…

1- Magdalene bcs is unlocked by obtaining seven or more heart containers at once in a run. 2- Cain bcs is unlocked by obtaining 55 or more coins at once in a run. 3- Judas bcs is unlocked after beating Satan for the first time. In this part we assume that we have always reached the heart but that an evil pact emerged in it and we go to Satan and defeat him for the first time. 4-???/Blue Baby bcs is a character unlocked by defeating Mom's Heart ten times. In this part we assume that we do this run on our tenth time to defeat Mom's heart 5-Eve bcs is a character unlocked by beating two floors in a row without collecting any heart pickups. 6-Samson bcs is a character unlocked by beating two floors in a row without taking any damage. 7-Azazel bcs is a character unlocked by making three deals with the Devil in one run. 8-Lazarus bcs is a character unlocked by having four or more Soul Hearts (or Black Hearts) at once during a run. 9-The Lost is unlocked by dying in a Sacrifice Room while holding Missing Poster. And to have the Miising Poster you need to defeat Lamb with Isaac. In this case we will say that you have done it with a spike room in a previous run without going through Satan and, therefore, unlocking Judas. 10-Apollyon bcs is unlocked after defeating Mega Satan for the first time. To unlock Mega Satan you must have been defeated ???/Blue Baby or The Lamb in an earlier run for the Golden Gate to spawn. Here we use the run to unlock the missing poster. 11-The Forgotten. You probably know how to unlock it so we only need a sacrifice room in Sheol.

So we can unlock 11 characters in one run with a bit of luck!!!!!
