So, about the boys...

So, in this version of events, this is the first moment they met <3 This is the moment you thought "ah, yes, i'm going to absolutely obliterate that guy", Isaac ? That's cute. <3

You can interpret his face as you like. I choose to believe that he has just been struck by love and is thinking something along the lines of "holy fu- who's that pretty boy..... i want to hurt him. though i'm not against reciprocation <3" and you cannot stop me

Random forgehusbands headcanons for upcoming fics part 1!

Hector:

Absolute Himbo. Like he invented the himbo.

Loves it when you play with his hair but doesn't know how to ask. He's resorted to dumping his head in Isaac's lap. Isaac usually gets what he wants, if not Hector will subtlety guide his hand to his hair.

Kinda scary when angry? Pls do not piss him off, he's got this glare that could scare Satan back into church.

Very, very, very shy. He actually hid behind Abel at the sight of newcomers once. (For your own sake, do not mistake this for weakness, Hector can and will shank you.)

Also very, very, very affectionate. (He will cuddle you whenever and wherever he can. Just ask Isaac who he is currently wrapped around.)

Cries during sex. (Shut up, after all he's been through this man is clearly traumatized. Isaac also stops and holds him until the tears stop coming.)

Makes animal houses for fun...when he's not making more pets. Isaac has given him a limit of undead pets he can have at once. The limit is 42.

Isaac:

A cat in the body of a man. ( lounges around eating fruit like 80% of the time, pet him and see how he lashes out, hates everyone but loves Hector )

Stoic as a statue but really very soft inside.

Will stare into your soul like it's the void if you bother him or pester him while he works. The only way to get him to stop is by walking away, do not attempt to win that battle. You will lose.

Sings when he's alone. (Hector caught him once and was rebuffed when he brought it up, to this day Isaac still denies all. He does not sing, Hector was hallucinating.)

Will mother your face off. ("Hector, did you eat today?" "Stop leaving all your tools out dearest, they'll rust!")

Makes jokes that no one but Flyeyes understands. Hector insists he isn't funny, Isaac insists that he just doesn't understand him.

Shy as hell in the saddle, like he reverts into a pure maiden. He blushes and hides behind his arms or pillows, Hector thinks it is the most adorable thing ever and will kiss every inch of him until he finally peeks out.

Bonus!Abel:

Is basically Isaac on crack.

What you expect: Tall, dark, handsome, brooding demon. What you get: an actual five year old the size of Hercules.

Mischievous AF. He will hide your shoes if you anger him and Isaac won't let him murder.

Flies upside down sometimes because why tf not?

Can understand you but acts like he doesn't.

Is judging you.

Murders anyone who makes Hector uncomfortable. If Hector doesn't like you then neither does Abel.

can you imagine isaac dealing with advising his OWN TOWNSPEOPLE's civil disputes like-

random townsperson: hey ur majesty, so if me and my cousin both agree to split about five milking goats between us but we recently find out that our grandpa married his half sister and was planning to murder her for getting pregnant with our brother who died before he found out who his father was, would we be legally obligated to dig up his corpse to perform the murder posthumously as an oedipal gesture to him?

ok, the whole gig of Isaac being a cool and competent king is very poetic and indulgent, but all I can think about is how this 20-something year old man who has never interacted with a single healthy person ever, never had a stable day in his life, whose only coping mechanism is philosophically venting at inanimate objects and resurrected hellbeasts and sometimes JUST LITERALLY NOTHING will handle being thrust into the soul crushing bureaucracy of politics

like what would a letter from king isaac to a neighboring vamp kingdom even look like?

3. The final closing chapter of the little yandere!Hector and undead Rosaly fic I did - the Love of a Forgemaster. The reckoning is coming and it might have a hopeful forgehusbands ending after all. 💔😢😌
