I need everyone to see this lil' guy I found at my Value Village today, I love him dearly ;w;

H-He's just a lil' handmade Lapras, why would someone get rid of him???? He just needs a bit of a touch up on his paint but like, he's perfect and I love him so much djwkdjzmsibf ;;;W;;;
