ok like, this is (hopefully!) post-first kiss, and, they've finally started to open up to each other, and here's ayan, dressed all cosy, looking like he's ready for bed? hanging out in akk's room, probably hoping to spend some chill time with the boy he likes, and finally kissed

and then akk says that

i know it's probably going to ultimately be because he wants to protect ayan, but, i also know it's gonna huuuurt
