I listened to the op2 recently and my head buzzed the moment I saw the lyrics because

it just surprised me how much it doubles down from op1!!

So the first opening is about making all kinds of small mistakes, but it's also a march and MOSTLY faithful to Keron while still having some doubts about it (may that be painted as a small mistake as well?). But the small mistakes are either inconsequential, part of life, or... right!! Like trying to convince yourself.
Op1 ends with "ど疲れさん" (otsukaresan) while op2 ends with "ご苦労さーん" (gokurousan) which as I've understood are both ways to say "thank you for your hard work". I like that they both have this, and it's pretty much all Keroro would like to hear!
Op2 unlike 1 is like... the opposite of a march! It sounds very rebellious. It sounds like it's embracing all those small mistakes and encouraging bravery and action in spite of them. It sounds reassuring in the way it stresses that it doesn't matter that much and you shouldn't worry too much about things... perhaps, a bit too much? The part about how if you're totally brainless, then you won't care as much about what others say about you... could be escapism too, depending on how you look at it...
The balance between making mistakes, being good at what you do (or needing to feel that you are), wanting to be appreciated, and not worrying too much about it all, is something keroro deals with a lot.

(i literally could've pulled so many examples... you get the idea... he often swings wildly between needing to be the best ever, like having great abilities and also pushing himself and never feeling enough; and completely giving up, like putting zero effort, procrastinating, escapism, and so on...)
But my favorite part of op 2 is that it feels like it's saying... SO WHAT? IT'S OKAY! it's normal to mess up! op 1 has a similar vibe, but it being a march and still praising keron (somewhat!) makes me think that the mistake is... well, going against keron, and you shouldn't do it. But with op 2 it says... yes! do it! it's okay! it's saying to just try your best and not beat yourself up even if things aren't going right. It feels reassuring to me when I put it against the huge amount of guilt that Keroro feels on one side for not being a good invader and on the other, for being an invader at all. If everything you do is a mistake, regardless, let's just do anything and everything!
It's also that... in the little things, but often, it's reinforced that yeah, keroro is in fact hurt every time they berate him! their words do impact him, he's just ignoring them as best he can. And also that... their judgement really matters to him. Positive, yeah, but also negative, of course. He thinks about it.
