Sure this person has a schoolarship to a foreign school to write scripts in english and she works writing in english for an english audience and has studied english since she was a toddler and has an IB record that proves she is bilingual and also a duolingo exam saying that yeah she is bilingual... but we can't be sure unless she also has this expensive certificate 0A0 DENY HER STUDENT AID AND VANISH HER TO THE SHADOW REAL-

Oh wait she paid crazy prices to take an exam that says she is bilingual... yeah okay :D she has an accent tho >.> but good enough i guess.... she gets to say she is bilingual... for two years.... she has to retake the exam and pay us again if she needs to prove it in the future
