#they're now the ⚡🎸 AGATHOS 🎸⚡#after the agathodaemon :] there were other contenders but i wasnt comfortable using them 🚶🏻♀️#i liked agathos because it can mean noble/brave but it can Also mean fortunate/lucky#and i thought that was a fun nod to benedictus who is like their inverse in the labyrinth.. both are fortunate and blessed to be undertakin#this great quest but it leads their souls to damnation ⛷️#the difference between the two is that the agathos' damnation is self-imposed and serves a greater purpose#benedictus' damnation is basically him being sent to Fuck Off and Die Island.. and then instead of being allowed to fuck off and die#he's turned into a muppet 😭😭😭😭 which also serves a greater purpose!... for the demon the agathos sacrificed themselves to contain#so the two come from the same root but are diametrically opposed ykwim! 😯#i also went w the agathos instead of the grammatically correct (?) agathoi because the name is referring to them as a collective..#like how a battalion is comprised of multiple people but it's a singular word. and then if there were 2+ of them it'd be battalions#that's the interpretation i am going with for the fellas :] also bc agathos sounds like it could be its own demon which i think could be#fun and ominous to play around with until they make their proper introduction to the narrative 😈 also the agathos just sounds very cool to#me 🥹💃🏻 hmm what else about them...
